Red Lantern Asian Fusion serves very good food in a quiet and clean atmosphere. The staff is professional, courteous, and kind. The owner is very kind, and they use the best ingredients they can find. Menu highlights include delicious Thai Fried Rice and Summer Rolls with peanut sauce, as well as wonderful green curry. The Asian Noodle Salad is tha Bomb!! Red Lantern is a great choice, with a reputation for excellent food and service. It is the only Thai restaurant in Yelm and offers tasty vegan options.
