FOOD IS PHENOMENAL. New owners and they are trying hard to make it in a difficult business. Support your local business owners! PS. $7.00 happy hour items are from the old menu and the pricing and selection are not the same.

They have new ownership which has done a good job sprucing up the place. The food also seems to be of a higher quality. The new staff is friendly and attentive to customers. I dont golf, but do like to stop in for a bite every once in a while.

Food was good... the waitress was kind and helpful. Did have to wait long at all. She gave enough time to order food. We got our drinks pretty damn quick. They free pour and I love that. We got our food order not to long after ordering. She came back to make sure everything was ok. I will be going back again. And bathroom was very clean too

We had a wonderful breakfast, I had the chicken fried bene while my husband had the chicken fried steak. Both dishes were delicious and beautifully prepared. I really enjoyed our waitress/bartender she was kind and great at her job. We will definitely be returning!

We golf about once a week and noticed that the course conditions were improving a lot! The greens are some of the nicest around. Then the restaurant was remodeled and upgraded sometime during the last couple of months so we stopped in for a drink and a bite and boy were we happy. The food has been extraordinary from steaks and burgers to wings and calamari, we have never been disappointed. Well, one time we were disappointed, but it was due to the fact that they were out of calamari. So we tried the parmesan, garlic wings. I’m not that much of a wings fan, but these were the tastiest and flavorful wings I’ve ever had. We keep coming back for them (oh, and the calamari too). Special shoutout to the friendly staff and the best bartenders Kirsten and Rain. They make your drinks right and are friendly and prompt. We are so happy we have such a great restaurant in town!

My 2 girlfriends and I stopped in for an early dinner on Jazz fest weekend, 2 of us had the Veggie pesto fettuccine with shrimp added and it was FANTASTIC!. Good price point too at $18 + $6 added for shrimp. . total $24.I don't remember what the other dinner was but she liked her choice.I like the new menu with the new owners, good choices and good service. Try the Pessimistic wine, you won't be disappointed.

Bbq burger was decent but my fries had a bunch of chicken strip chunks mixed in. Booth I sat at had dirty handprints and the ketchup bottle on the table was gross. Otherwise not bad but a bit spendy for the experience

After a long and successful day of Groundwork Mastery at the ranch, Ray and I discovered we were out of the special grain that 4 of our minis need. In the process of buying grain I decided I was too tired to make dinner.

We have eaten at Tahoma Valley before but not since it was sold. Facebook reviews said it was better than before. We never had a bad meal there.

We were greeted as we walked inside and we chose our table. Tables and chairs had been replaced, which was nice. The old tables were pretty unbalanced so when we went there to eat, we searched for the table that moved the least.

Menus were brought immediately, along with water. There were a few new menu items so I had an adult beverage while deciding what to order. I decided on the Cajun burger with tater tots. Ray ordered the Philly, also with tots.

Our meals were prepared to order and arrived hot to our table. I like spicy food and hot is usually slightly above mild. This burger was almost TOO hot with the large jalapeño and the super spicy mayonnaise. It had good flavor.

Ray thought his Philly was good but a little on the bland side and was rather dry. He opted to not request mayonnaise.

My coffee nudge was not very hot. I suggested to our server that next time the cup be preheated so the drink came to the table hot. I learned that trick when I was a bartender. That was a life from a long time ago.

Our meals did not disappoint and there was enough to them that we had enough to take home for another meal. We will definitely be back.

Always a great experience at Tahoma Valley Bar & Grill!

Manager Kirsten is the absolute best. She’s fast, friendly, and knows her job, seriously, this place runs smoothly because of her. And Dezi, total gem. She came in after the new owners took over and has quickly become one of my favorite servers there. She’s hilarious, down-to-earth, and always makes my visits feel like I’m hanging out with a friend.

Tahoma Valley is always my first choice when I want a great meal in Yelm, no question.

This has always been a great place to get a burger. There is great service, and after the recent remodel, the atmosphere is buzzing with activity. One of my favorite places in Yelm.

We came for a birthday dinner with the inlaws and the cook seated us (which is fine we understand if places are short staffed) the servers did not understand the question “what flavored vodka do you have?” Which is honestly a very easy question. We were told the bartender would be right back after 10min of already waiting then servers started walking past and honestly what felt like ignoring us. 40min past with no drink order or food so we left. We used to be regulars at this place every friday night but since the new owners took over it has gone downhill.
