Our first eating experience at Tahoma Valley Bar & Grill since new ownership was Awesome. The renovated bar and grill area looked Trendy, the Food was Tasty, Service was Fast and Friendly, and our time spent eating our meals was Highly Enjoyable.

We were so excited to check out the newly renovated Tahoma Valley Grill! First time we went in we were not impressed by the very limited and very expensive menu. Ordered a double tall drink, and when I received it, it contained no alcohol. We thought we would try it again at a different time of day. When the waitress came to the table we ordered a drink and our food at the same time. The drink came in a timely fashion. We watched the waitresses chatting it up with the young men sitting at the bar. We did not get our salad until 25 minutes later. While we were eating our salad we could see our food sitting up at the Cook station. We finished our salads while our food was still sitting up there. Finally, 10 minutes later, we received our meals. The food was cold but not too bad. Definitely not worth the price they were charging though. The wait staff needs to pay less attention to the young men sitting at the bar and more attention to their customers then people might come back. As for us, we will not be back.

Service was excellent! The carpet in the banquet room was so sticking, I thought I was walking on velcro. The BLT had 1 strip of bacon broke in two and was dry, my partner had the chicken Cordon bleu sandwich, and that was extremely dry as well. For the price I would have expected much better food.
