The Shiplap Shop & Coffee House

Let me preface by saying I would recommend this place because I enjoy the environment and drinks. My daughter and I went in to her coffee from here today. After getting our drinks, she begged me for a few minutes to go in and tell them they made her drink wrong. I tried to avoid it because I absolutely hate to do that. When I finally did they made the drink with the two different versions side by side to show me they didn’t make the first one wrong. I appreciated this and it made me laugh, but it made my daughter who’s still learning to navigate her emotions cry. It gave us a great learning and conversation point and I’m sure one day we’ll both look back on this and laugh. Donuts are great and coffee is strong if that’s your jam. ❤️

We rented our the shiplap after hours for my best friends baby shower and it was the best idea ever!!! The owner and the 2 girls they had be our baristas were absolutely amazing!!! We will be doing all of our get together here, I just couldn’t imagine a more perfect spot!!! Thank you Shiplap!!!!

Shiplap is amazing, I am a definite regular, and they remember Mt name and ask how I'm doing!

They don’t make any of their food or pastries. The selection is very limited and there’s nothing available if you are vegetarian or vegan

Such a great little spot, good coffee and great pastries and donuts. Wish there was more space so that u didn't feel like u were sharing tables with strangers but it is still such a cute spot

I don’t typically leave poor reviews but this place was disappointing enough to merit one. I ordered an oat milk latte was some cinnamon sprinkled in- what I got was a cup that wasn’t even filled nearly to the top with a huge amount of cinnamon dumped on top. The milk was steamed horribly and tasted burnt, and the espresso itself was unbelievably bitter. Don’t waste your money here.

Hands down the best coffee I have ever had in my entire life!! I will never be going to Starbucks again lol

Unless you know them by first name basis, just realize your drink will be pushed for someone that they know, if you can wai. Ordered two drink at the same time first drink came out 15 min next drink took another 25 min later. I would just eat in so your drink does not water down.

Only thing going for this place is the store itself. The batistas are terrible and the coffee is never consistent. Whoever is working on 9/13 @ 1am has a serious eye rolling problem and seems to not be able to handle when they are busy. Didn't really appreciate having my scones thrown at me because she forgot to get them for me when I ordered them. Never had a good time going into here even though I try amd support local won't be supporting this local spot anymore.

We take our granddaughter here every Tuesday. Double stamp Tuesday on punch card . Neat little shop.

We just got coffee at Shiplap, no food, but the coffee was great! Lots of crafty, quirky things to look at in the shop while you drink your coffee. Clean, neat, and friendly.
