Kat was a gracious and educational host. Superb professional.The tasting featured both white and red varietals. The ambiance of being outside and hearing the windmill turn made us feel right at home. Come taste the Saperavi for a real treat. Highly recommend. Our most sincere thank you for the wonderful experience as we depart Zillah tomorrow.
Amazing views and delicious wine - such a nice stop! This is one of the prettiest vineyard properties I’ve been to. Worth a short drive off the freeway! Kat was a great host and taught us so much about the wines. Highly recommend!
Every trip to Eastern Washington we always sop in at the Hyatt Vineyards. We are always met with friendly knowledgeable staff, who are always willing discuss the the processes and making of their wines. Their grounds and tasting room are impeccable, including their iconic windmill. Made friendly for any season, you can enjoy a lunch on the lawn, or purchase a delicious charcuterie basket.
