“Taza has the best falafel I've had in Madison, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Love the hummus and baba too, and it's the only place we've been to that has Lebanese-style tabouli ( mostly parsley instead of mostly bulgar).“

The lamb kebab was also another one of our favorites, the meat was tender and juicy, served with grilled veggies and rice with so much good flavor. Everything on the menu was reasonably priced, and the owners were super nice. One of the best dining experiences we've had in recent memory and highly recommended!

Kid-friendliness: Although the restaurant itself is pretty small with limited space, the owners happily welcomed us and we felt very comfortable dining in with three kids. Our kids loved the food and also their homemade desserts, especially tiramisu, were all excellent.“

“As a young family with a 2.5 yr old toddler I couldn’t ask for a better restaurant to go for breakfast. Service was fast, prices amazing and the kids meals are very generous. I could share the meal with my toddler and it’s half of price of an adult meal! Best hole in the wall I’ve found yet. And pancakes are obviously made to order and not made ahead of time sitting on a hot plate getting dry like I’ve experienced at Pancake Cafe.“
