Really good pizza at a fair price. We got the Salsiccia and the Lombarda. The Salsiccia was definitely the better pizza but both were very tasty in different ways. The tomato sauce shines through! Novanta is a great option when you want something different than the greasy standard pizza.
Visited Novanta on Old Sauk road for a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The venue was very cozy and had plenty of seating. The management and staff were all super nice and accommodating. My party of 2 ended up getting a classic pepperoni and sausage pie. Both were very light and tasty. The pizza crust is thin but with a good amount of chew to it.
