I think it's the best pizza in Madison. But I really like Neapolitan style pizza.It would be great if they made some classic flavors with more cheese, but that isn't Neapolitan. . .
Really good pizza at a fair price. We got the Salsiccia and the Lombarda. The Salsiccia was definitely the better pizza but both were very tasty in different ways. The tomato sauce shines through! Novanta is a great option when you want something different than the greasy standard pizza.

Visited Novanta on Old Sauk road for a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The venue was very cozy and had plenty of seating. The management and staff were all super nice and accommodating. My party of 2 ended up getting a classic pepperoni and sausage pie. Both were very light and tasty. The pizza crust is thin but with a good amount of chew to it. The bottom of the crust is slightly charred which added nice flavor without causing any noticeable burnt taste. Both pies were under $14 each which I thought was reasonable for a fresh local pie. Would recommend others to check them out!

Highly recommend!! My bestie and I had a wonderful birthday lunch yesterday at Novanta on Old Sauk Road. The service is just as amazing as the food! They even treated us to cannolis as they knew we were celebrating a birthday! I can't wait to go back!!

Horrible food. The pizza was not even chriso (what is the point of a wood burning oven)? The pasta had barely any sauce and the $16 salad was worthless. So many better places to go to.
