We had this amazing team cater our wedding on 11/1/25! The staff were extremely kind and not to mention the food was AMAZING! We had 80 people and ever single one told us it was the best wedding food they ever had! We had plenty of leftovers and most people had seconds! The brisket, Mac and cheese, potato salad and texas twinkies were a huge hit! We take every chance to visit when they are in green bay and will definitely be life long supporters!!

When we were searching for caterers, Russ stood out because of how kind he was and the level of service he provided. He hand delivered "samples" to our door. When I say, "samples" I say it lightly because he actually gave us enough food to eat for a few days! We were very impressed with the service and looked no further for a caterer for our wedding. Steel Belly BBQ was very easy to work with. Communication was very simple- our emails texts, and calls were answered very quickly. Steel Belly BBQ even accommodated some last minute guest count changes. The whole catering process was simple and straightforward. I highly recommend Steel Belly BBQ to cater your wedding or next event!

We tried the food truck for lunch at the Sturgeon Bay Art Festival and it was so good! We had the burnt ends and brisket mac and cheese bowl. Both were delicious!! They had a cooler with pickles, pickled onions, and sauces you could top your food with too. The service was fast and they were friendly.

I had a pulled pork sandwich which was delicious with the extra BBQ sauce, pickled onions, and pickle slices provided. Everyone else in our group was happy with their food too.
