The menu was a little small, but it is a bistro vibe so that's to be expected. The burger was built well with great presentation, but once the waitress didn't ask how we wanted it cooked I knew it would be a thin patty, i assumed it would be a smash patty but it was on a range, with a thin patty it got a little dry. I recently had the pleasure of dining at 311 Bar & Bistro, and I must say, it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was nothing short of exceptional; the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we stepped in. Fantastic meal! Tomato Basil Bisque was homemade with rich tomato chunks and fresh flavor. Truly top notch. Also had blackened walleye on risotto and fresh green beans. Everything was fantastic including the plating and the cocktails too. On top of that, the staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Truly a wonderful dining experience all around.
