Came in 3/28 for dinner around 630. Food and drinks were very good. Our waitress, Holly, was awful. She got our food and drink order and then never came back to check in. Had to wave her down to get the check. There was no silverware when our food came out so we had to ask a different waitress. Didn’t get a single drink refill. She was busy, but clearly could see we needed service.

Good time, good food. I liked the foods they have to offer, but I love the arcade. Drinks are a little pricey but not crazy. Also a good happy hour, I liked the long island.

Now this is unusual because we have been here before and had decent service but tonight was awful. They were not polite and treated us like a burden for even showing up. We were told they would have a table then forgot that was reserved so they sent us upstairs. Upstairs they told us 15 min and took down our phone number. 30 min goes by and not a call or anything. My husband goes up to ask and he acts annoyed that he even asked. We ended up leaving after 45 min of waiting and still NEVER received a call from them. Very disappointed because we live the food here.

Stopped in for lunch this past weekend and it was nice and quiet for a while. We were the only people for a bit. Our food was good, just wings and mac and cheese so nothing too fancy. My problem was with our waitress Holly. She seated us and got us water and took our order, but then by the time our food was dropped off we had no silverware and I didn't get the sauce on the side for my wings. Can't seem to get her attention when I said Ma'm when she was a table away, so my friend got up to get utensils from her. Fast forward to her stopping by and my friend asked for a to go box (and i've got 3 wings left) She comes back with just the box and walks away. I tried to get her attention again to get our bills but she walked back to talk with other staff and chat instead. I ended up having to go up to her again just to get our bills. A little more attention and customer service would be nice, but the place is nice - probably more so when you've got kids with the arcade being there.

Service was terrible. I asked a waiter a question and she just walked off. But I noticed she was busy with a group at the bar. Also I asked to skip the fries and get a salad. They did and charged in full for both. I came in alone around 8pm and got the feeling that they were done serving and I was in there way.

44 is really great! Went there last weekend with my family food was amazing. All of the workers treated us great especially the food runners!

Great food, friendly staff. Small issue with my order, but they immediately made it up to me without me even saying anything.
I got the chicken tacos, which were fantastic. Ordered carryout, so the food in the attached photo probably comes out even better when you get it at the restaurant.
Would definitely eat here again if I'm ever back in Eau Claire.
