Casey's is really only good at one thing, the awesome pizza. Went in at 9pm for a slice of pizza. There were a few slices of pepperoni pizza in the hot case, that was it. I asked if anything else was coming out, as I was hoping for something with sausage on it, and was told that there would be another pizza coming out, but it would be another pepperoni. Huh? For a place that pushes their pizza selections, there wasn't much variety available tonight. And this isn't my first time experiencing this, as pretty much EVERY time I go in there in the evening there's only one option available. Sorry, but if you don't have what customers are looking for, they aren't likely to come back. I went to Kwik Trip down the street and got my pizza there. On the plus side, the Casey's store was very clean.

So pulled into the caseys next to menards in altoona. There was a female employee sitting inside the ice freezer outside. Thought she was working but she hoped out and went around the corner with her vape pen. Curious I opened it up and discovered she had been vaping inside of it with the ice bags. It smelled. Wont be buying ice from there.

My boyfriend went in today to get a breakfast burrito and there were two very sad-looking pieces of pizza under the light. He asked the person working if they could make a breakfast burrito and was told that the pizza was all they had. It was 11:30 am, and he asked when food would be available to order. He was told “when it opens” and that the machines were turned off because it was “just one of those days”. There is no chance that this would EVER happen at Kwik Trip.

Shout out to Stacey and the rest of the team working! I had an unfortunate experience with Door Dash and was a extremely irritated and they took such amazing care of me even though I was super annoying. Such wonderful people! There is a reason I tell everyone it’s “magic pizza”!

I usually stop in between 9-10 and there’s usually hardly anything on the hot racks the sweet tea is never made. I asked once and they said “I don’t know not my job but I’m assuming at 6 am”, the kitchen workers are usually in the back standing around talking about the something, but not making food. It’s just starting to get disappointing.

Best breakfast pizza in town hands down. The made to order sandwiches are also good. Bright, clean store, easy in easy out. Lots of gas pumps.
Decent convenient store and good pizza but weekend shift doesn't seem to want to work AT ALL nothing in the hot racks, nothing currently being made as far as pizzas and other hot foods. Seems like they guy in the back only wanted to actually work when he had to. They definitely lost out on sales over that their pizza is really good but when you have someone who wants to do the bare minimum then it isn't worth the wait. Go get Kwik Trip Chicken instead.

I love Casey's way more than kwik trip but if you close at 10:00 you're probably not going to last that much longer up here as a chain gas station

really upset today, I went to HyVee and earned a decent amount of fuel savers reward that I was excited to be able to use on fuel as every little bit that I can save helps I scanned the card the light on the pump came on and said good read stating it had read the barcode and everything was good to go after pumping my fuel come to find out it didn't take it.. these things expire. so that's a full tank which I'm probably not going to go through in time to be able to use again anytime soon so basically I got screwed out at 53 cents per gallon which does add up with the amount of gallons that I needed as I was on empty. I feel like this is a shady practice I went in and said something I was nice about it but I wanted them to know in case it was a problem with machine I basically got laughed at by the lady who was very rude and that was the end of it.. I called corporate and got absolutely no help other than a mediocre at best apology from someone who sounded like they absolutely hate their job. for a company that's relatively new to the area you would think they would do everything to try and gain a customer base instead they're losing one very very quickly. social media and word of mouth spreads I will be definitely warning people about the practices of this company I used to work for them in Iowa, and I have to say they haven't changed a bit there's a reason that I left and I reminded of that again today.
