Stopped for a quick bite to eat. We had prompt service and were in and out in a decent amount of time.
Dietary restrictions: Was diagnosed with a gluten allergy a week ago. It was my 1st time going out to eat with my allergy. The waitress made the experience wonderful she was helpful and considerate and asked me questions. Made me feel welcomed. Will definitely be back.

A little cold, but the company of our two lovely servers—Winter and Rebekah—was very warm. Rarely do servers blend their work with the capacity to make new friends so well!
We had a great hour experience! The flatbread was fantastic, and our server, Rebekah, was the absolute best! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and she felt like an old friend by the time we left.:)

I have been here 4 or 5 times now and each time i feel like it gets worse. This last time I ordered the Ribs and they were so over cooked that I couldn't even break them apart and the stake knife wouldn't cut through them. We ordered the onion rings and they were under cook and the breading was still soggy on them.

We stopped in on a Sunday, it was my first time here. They had happy hour with half off certain appetizers. So many good things to choose from. So we decided to have a few cocktails and appetizers for dinner. Our server, Winter, was absolutely fantastic and fun. She had great suggestions! Excellent service! We had boneless wings tossed in BBQ, cornbread with honey butter, loaded potato skins, pretzel bites with this amazing queso cheese!, we did the BBQ pulled chicken sliders and cheese bread. All were fantastic. Can't wait to add this place to our list of places to frequent often. Great prices, food and service.
Our church high school group came to Cowboy Jack’s after a local event. We had a great time conversing and discussing the event together. The Cowboy Jack’s staff did a great job of working with our large group! Great food and service! A win for sure!

A couple of weeks ago, I reserved the Whiskey Room for a group lunch and presentation. We had some members joining us remotely on the large camera enabled smart TV. We were able to connect straight through Teams on the TV itself. No need to connect a computer. Sound was great. Special shout out to Jenn, our fantastic server! So helpful and friendly. Food was delicious. We ordered off menu. The Bourbon burger and Steakhouse flatbread were given special praise but really, all the food was top notch. Thank you! I highly recommend this venue for small group lunch meetings.
