It's KFC. You know what you're getting. Decent fried chicken. The service though was amazing. The ladies serving my daughter and I were friendly, helpful and deserve all sorts of praise. My daughter had a great time and those ladies were the reason why. So well done KFC staff!
Kid-friendliness: Took my 4 year old and sat in a booth. The staff showed her extra attention and made her night. Nothing crazy, but worked well for us.

10/03/24 I ordered 12 chicken tenders. It cost $34 dollars!! That's about 50% higher than Hy-Vee near by. The food was cold, stringy, chewy, and terrible tasting. I ate three "tenders" and threw the rest out. I will never go back there again.

Ordered the 4 pieces original chicken meal but it was over cooked and crisp. Went to ask for replacement but the worker said that was the last pieces. I have to wait for 30 min for the new batch. Didn't have time to wait because I was on a rush so I have to man up and eat the burnt chicken.

We ordered what we thought was a simple order but I guess not. Two chicken sandwiches. We requested only ketchup on one and they added pickles. For the other, made as normal. The chicken was good when I could get past the mayo. There was an insane amount of mayo on both sides of the chicken sandwich. So essentially a mayo sandwich with a hint of chicken. It was unfortunate.
