I was reluctant to go to this store because of bad past experiences. I was in a rush. Got home to find this store is still true to my past experiences. 6 piece original meal. All of the chicken was like this. The store wasn't even busy. Night of the Packers vs Bears wild card game (1/10/26).

Order a bogo 8 piece chicken bucket and we only got 9 pieces. They also gave us a single serving of mashed potatoes when we wanted a large size. Service was very friendly though.

Horrible! Ordered the big box ,white meat. Was charged for it on my card. .before I got my food I was informed they didn't have any white meat except chicken strips...So then I asked if I could just cancel the order and was told no I couldn't. So I was basically scammed and had to take dark meat or nothing. Buyer beware! Ask the questions before they charge your card!

Denise deserves a RAISE! Now! Denise and Darryl were the friendliest and most efficient fast food workers we’ve encountered in a long time. Denise was super sweet, VERY attentive, and bubbly positive (with her co-workers, too). Don’t lose this worker. Give ‘em a raise NOW. Her work ethic and smooth/efficient movements were impressive. Wouldn't recommend placing an online order for quickness. They don't even start the order until you get there and then you have to wait 10-15 minutes anyway. Food tasted good but yeah waited over 10 minutes even when I placed an online order. They made me come inside after I waited in the drive thru.

Very disappointed! Ordered the 16 piece family meal. Price is extremely high. Chicken was very dry, and the usually delicious biscuits were cold, dry, and actually crunchy! Will be long time before ordering from KFC again!
