Better check your order if you go through the drive-through, MORE THAN ONCE I've been shorted on my order. This time, potatoes and Cole slaw. For Christ's sake, hire someone that can count. And they want $20 an hour to work.

Typical fried chicken. Deducted a star as chicken was a little dry. Came around six on a Saturday night.It was clean inside and the staff was cleaning off tables.

I ordered online and went to pick up my fried chicken. The only thing open was the drive through, so I had to wait in line behind all the other KFC lovers who'd just ordered. Coincidentally, the best damn chicken of my life, I must say. Thanks be to Colonel Sanders.

Went through the drive-through. The lady that took my order sounded drunk! Didn’t get my potatoes. I paid four bucks for. Didn’t get silverware or any sauces. Won’t be that big of a deal but I was picking it up for someone else and had to drive an extra 15 minutes to go back and get that stuff.

Ordered a meal through drive up. Purchased my order but when I got home item was missing. Called restaurant and person said I could come and pick up but I explained I live in chippewa falls but they said go to chippewa falls kfc and I will call restaurant in chippewa falls and you can go there to pick up. When I got to kfc in chippewa falls I told them I'm here to pick up missing item from my order in eau claire and person I talked to in eau claire kfc said I could pick up in chippewa falls. They said no one called them from eau claire. This restaurant is a joke. Poor business. Poorly ran. Don't go there.
