After spending all night by my grandma's death bed I was desperately needing coffee before my long drive home. I mentioned in the drive through that it was a rough day. Cheng was so absolutely kind and amazing and my coffee was perfect. The kindness of a stranger in the moment went a really long way.

Employees seem too used to drive thru/mobile pickup because if I go in to pay and wait they always act like they don't know why I am standing there. Have had 2 different employees act hostile at attempts at small talk, it's literally every time I go Have had some good exchanges but the bad ones just keep happening and it's strange

Worst customer experience i have recieved. Went for the "free" tall iced or hot coffee advertised. Well it's not free because it's only for black. Treated horribly by the worker at the windows.
The guy at the window tonight was rude, had informed us that even though we were in our own car I couldn’t even have my cigarette sitting in the ashtray while I paid for and got our coffees…. Pretty sad when I come here atleast once a week and have never been informed of this prior and there is NO sign stating that either…. Every other store I have ever been too has not treated me like this and the looks that were given tonight this store has lost my business…. The coffee wasn’t even what I ordered and they refused to fix it so stay far away from this one at all costs!
