This was the best meal we had in the Pembine/Goodman/Dunbar/Amberg area! Food was fresh & delicious. The cinnamon roll pancakes & breakfast burritos were the best we’ve ever had.
Cute little place with great food! I was just traveling through and searched for spots in the area—this diner popped up and was absolutely worth the stop in the small town of Amberg. It’s an older-style diner with a charming atmosphere, delicious food, and generous portions. The waitresses were very attentive as well. I’ll definitely stop again if I’m ever headed this way.
When you want good ole down home cooking you drive to where you know it's guaranteed. I live almost 2 hours south of G&G Diner but I've made the trip many of times just for the food. It's definitely a struggle to stay awake on the drive back home on a full stomach but it's worth it every time. It's probably a good thing I don't live near by cause I'm sure I'd be on the next episode of my 600 pound life!!
