We stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday while passing through town. Friendly service immediately greeted us and found us a table. I had the country style steak with eggs and my husband had the classic breakfast combo #1. Everything was delicious and portions were generous! We agreed that they do have the “best pancakes in the north woods.” The servers were very friendly and prompt.
Stopped here on the way back from Northern wisconsin, food was excellent, until I spilled it all over myself (My fault). The staff treated me with respect and offered to replace my food, the replacement meal was equally delicious, and this time I was able to finish without spilling jt again!

Food is good but plan to wait for service. We’ve stopped here before and although their staff is slim, they hustled. Today we walked out because there was no interest in taking our order. The one waitress had no urgency except maybe to greet people.
