I was invited to meet my friend, Brenda, for coffee at Caribou in Dicks Fresh Market, Amery. I fell in love with the coffees and energy drinks!! Soon after being there I signed up for the perks. I just celebrated my birthday last week and received a free drink! How cool is that!!?! I am grateful for Caribou Coffee!! The staff make my day!!

The girl that I’m assuming is the lead or manager is incredibly rude. The other day, my girlfriend ordered a crafted press, but instead the woman taking orders by herself, put in a cold press, she messed around by herself with cups for about five minutes before what I’m assuming is the manager came over to help, then made the coffee, it was visibly wrong, so we never even picked it up and when my girlfriend told her that that’s not what she ordered, the woman argued with her and said that is absolutely what you ordered, and restated the order when my girlfriend told her it was wrong and that’s not what she said. She said she’d have to order a new coffee because she ordered it wrong. The woman wasn’t even there when my girlfriend ordered the coffee. And clearly the first employee was new and didn’t know what they were doing. I’m not quite sure how she came to this rude and nasty conclusion, but we left without our money back or coffee. She also didn’t have enough change for the order, so just told us she was shorting us the four cents, it’s not a big deal at all, we were just going to leave the changes a tip anyway, but it’s just a side note on their disorganized nonsense of not knowing what you’re doing.

Worst, most uninformed, undertrained, incompetent staff you have ever encountered. And when THEY mess up, they argue with customers. In general, Caribou is great, but this location is a failure across the board. Someone needs to check in on their management.

Needed coffee at the lake. Forgot my caribou at home. I’m from MN and this is my only coffee! Great service in ordering a bag ground. Fun and pleasant lady who helped me. Nice addition to grocery store.

8 out of 10 times Caribou gets my order correct. It's hard when it's wrong because I'm usually down the road headed to my destination before I realize the coffee I was really excited for is awful, and now I've spent the money. I get it - there will be mistakes.

Ordered a raspberry green tea with no bubbles. Received too much green tea concentrate with a small amount of milk and bubbles. Felt like drinking syrup. Also ordered a nitro caramel high rise. Received a drink with no caramel.

I realize I prefer the local coffee place over this place. I got a new drink that was very gross. I asked if they could possible make me a drink that was very similar. This has happened before and they have been more than willing. I will not be returning Considering the customer service is very inconsistent. They are very inconsistent, when it come drinks and customer service
