My husband and I stopped in to get an ice cream treat the other night and we were deciding what to get when the young gal came to see what we wanted. She was wearing an oversized sweatshirt that she was drowning in and the sleeves from the cuff up past her elbows was just covered with food and stains. I immediately didn't want anything from there to eat as I didn't want her to touch my food. It was disgusting. Should've took pictures. Probably won't go back. Is there any supervision?

Only had two shakes, it was only 10:45 AM so it wasn't busy. The gentleman taking my order was very nice but kept burping while making the shakes. 🤢 It was very unclean and the ladies bathroom was disgusting and nothing to wipe your hands with. I ended up throwing my shake away. We usually go to Siren DQ which is always so clean and everything tastes great. Will not be stopping here again!

It smells like cat pee when you walk in...the smell is so bad it burns your eyes...the bathroom smelled worse. I thought I was at a dive bar. The service was ok but the fries tasted like old oil.

As I walked in hungry I was hit by a smell so disgusting and on my way to the counter I looked around and noticed filthy floors and tables, also very hot and no air conditioning and decided to just leave to eat elsewhere, I wouldn't chance getting food poisoning and paying to get it, if you value your health stay as far away from this DQ as possible

The place stunk so bad like sewer and mold. The work area was a mess. Flies everywhere The lady working the counter was not pleasant to work with she was so crabby the atmosphere was so bad. This will be my last time I come in. The food was good tho.

Right when you walk in it stunk so bad. The counter had crap all over it and where they make the blizzards was a disaster. The garbages need to be emptied yesterday. The girl that was working the counter had the worst attitude and dressed like she was ready for bed. I will not be going back there and will tell everyone I know not to go there unless something changes.

Absolutely the worst DQ I've ever been in!!! We came around 115pm. There was 2 people sitting at a table and we had 3 adults and 3 kids with us. Immediately we were smacked in the face with an awful smell. Not sure what was causing it. All tables were dirty and food/paper waste all over the floor, and garbages were overflowingonto the floor. We ordered food and expected a longer wait time. There was 1 gal taking orders and 1 gut cooking. We waited for 20+ minutes for 3 kids meals and 3 adult meals. During our wait no tables were cleared off and another couple came in and commented about the smell as well. We finished our food and went back for ice cream since the kids meals came with it. The gal who took our order also made all the ice cream. At this time there was a line of 6 people behind me. A manager (or some kind of lead) came out of a back office, filled uo his ice cream cup and walking back into the office. I was shocked that he didn't help the girl out with either making orders, taking orders, or clearing off tables. Absolutely disgusting and will NEVER go back

It's soooooo dirty. This place really needs a massive deep clean. I hate to give bad reviews but honestly you can see so many areas that have years and years of grime built up just from the counter. If it's that bad where the customers are I'm scared to see the cooler and the kitchen.
disgusting floors. The tables and chairs get cleaned every 2 hours. When they do happen to clean the chairs, they use water only. If your going to even think about going here, just dont eat inside.
