Jimmy Johns in Amery WI, the driver today 4/11/2024, approached our door and complained about tips and told the customer next time leave a tip. Very rude, disrespectful person. Jimmy Johns should have a chat with him. He should deliver to anyone.

Went to Jimmy Johns today. What a mess. All of the people are different again today. Can't keep any help.... It took them fifteen minutes to get two cars through the drive through. I ordered my sub with extra lettuce and sweet peppers, I did not get either one....Then it took the idiot at the counter another five minutes to get me my change. My total was 8.85 I gave them a 10 dollar bill. When I did get my change, I was given a dollar and 3 quarters. Evidently can't do the math or count change. Nothing good to say about the visit....just wow!
The delivery driver who dresses in mainly black & drives a nifty little Focus is one of the nicest guys I think I know! Plus, they really DO load your sub up with ALL the goodness! Never disappointed :)Plus, my son, buzz light-year, is OBSESSED ?☺️

What can I say... ALWAYS great food and service e always order number 11 no tomatoe... extra lettuce and mayo. And it is always great!!. The service is top notch. And the place always looks like you could eat off floor( don't recommend it tho lol)

I stopped at Jimmy John's in Amery for lunch today - I wanted a sub sandwich & after having a terrible experience @ the Subway in St. Croix Falls I thought I'd try Jimmy John's. What a difference from Subway -- the entire facility was CLEAN - no bits of food laying around, the area for making the subs was spotless! (unlike the mess at Subway!) The service was great - so much so that I asked the person in charge if he would consider opening a Jimmy John's in SCF! His competition would drive people into his place of business! Thank you Jimmy John's -- cleanliness and customer service still do make a difference! I will drive all the way to Amery again for my next sub!
