Everytime I go here it's a crazy long wait for not so nice food, I've had multiple occasions were I've had food poisoning from this place..

Google maps and McDonald’s website both say you are open until 11 pm on Saturdays. I pulled in at 10:30. Lights are all off, I pulled into the drive through and nobody answered. Are you aware your staff is closing up shop early?

I didn’t think it would be that hard to make a box of cookies. Was half open on the bottom spilling out and all the cookies were smooshed. You get paid to do your job correctly.

Fries were cold, i got a snack wrap and there was more spicy pepper sauce than anything, the girl who took my order was respectful but other workers were flipping people off, they were using abusive language (cussing), the inside of the restaurant had flies everywhere table was sticky, food all over the floor under tables, our order came wrong, the bathroom was disguising, i got a sticky ranch that had looked like another had popped.

Every time I come to this McDonalds it’s always terrible. Cold fries. I’ve never had this problem with new Richmond’s McDonald’s. The customer service also needs work. Not greeting customers is not a way to run a business. Called the manager about the food and she couldn’t even say I’m sorry for that. I say let’s get rid of this McDonald’s and put something else in.

They forgot part of my order and I tried to call out to workers in the back, as no one was at the counter. No one in the back paid any attention, didn't even look at me. A guy sweeping out in the lobby came over to give me the items I didn't get. I did not feel very welcome there.

The manager with the short white hair clearly hates her job and makes it very known to every customer. Always has a terrible attitude for no reason at all.
