Ordered quite a bit of food saying I have 5 kids to order for, food was hot, and I can honestly say that this is the one place in town that has not messed up our large orders, has not forgotten to put something in the bag... and it just overall has the best tasting food in comparison to other FF joints in town! 100% recommend culvers in antigo.

Great food but they forget something on average 6 out of 10 visits. ALWAYS CHECK TO BE CERTAIN YOU HAVE YOUR RANCH they've forgotten mine easily a dozen times already, missed ice cream, and incorrect drinks as well.
I went through the drive through and I realized that I forgot to ask for ketchup for my fries. When my order was brought to my vehicle, I asked if I could get some ketchup. The employee, I think his name was Trent, went back and got some for me. I know it's a small thing, however, usually the details matter. I wanted to say thanks for the extra effort

Very hit or miss for the customer service you'll receive. Some days you'll have someone who clearly hates their job and won't speak unless spoken to, other days you'll have someone who seems like they truly care about your experience. I've never had any issues with food quality and truly exceptional service times, which is impressive since I usually come at peak rush periods.
