Bad espresso drinks. Espresso seemed under extracted. Milk was over heated and tasted like egg. They only use Great Value 2% milk. No milk foam either. The beans are NOT fresh ground. They said they grind them days ahead of of time and they don’t keep their coffee or tea in air tight containers. The late tasted more like over heated milk with a slight bit of espresso flavor. The lady working does not know coffee. Don’t go here if you know about coffee. I hope it’s just her and not the whole business but I am not going back. Since their grounds are not fresh ground and kept air tight I’m sure the plain coffee is much better.Check out Woken Bear north up the road. Fresh roasted and fresh ground. Much better coffee there.

Firstly, I spend on average $20/ day ...$150/week at this joint, do the math, that is roughly $600 a month!! That was then..This place was great... When Bobbi ran it.... Since the new owners took over, it has been slowly going downhill....FAST! The old staff was amazing, friendly, fast, and accurate with orders, and now the new staff, one person in particular actually, turns out to have TERRIBLE customer service, an attitude problem, and needs to find a new job! I pull to the window and order, I pay for my order, it takes her 20 TWENTY minutes to come back to the window, (and no, they were not busy inside, she was standing right next to the window scrolling on her phone) to tell me she can't make my drink because they don't have an ingredient. Overall it took nearly a half hour to get my iced drinks! during that half hour, 2 vehicles behind me pulled off because of the wait, and one of them pulled next to us and said she just had this same problem yesterday, the worker refused to come to window and serve her and she left after 15 min the day before as well. Fast forward a few days,the hours are posted they close at 530 pm, I get there at 438pm, she sees me pull up and starts giving me mad attitude through the window, I sit for 5 minutes and then she comes to tell me they are closed! I say, you don't close till 530, right?!? She says yeah, I say well it's only 440... She says I'm wrong, so I pull out my phone to show her, and she continues to say that I have the wrong time, it's 530 and they are closed. I finally say, why don't you check your phone and then she makes a big deal about it and says "oh I must have the wrong time"..... Are you kidding me?????? If you hate your job so damn much, if it is too hard to treat people with friendly customer service and make a few beverages.... FIND A NEW JOB!!! I obviously now spend maybe $20 a week there, and honestly, will only go there when the guy works, who worked there before new owners took over! That is all!

Stopped in from out of town, it could have been good if there was any expresso in it. We basically got a chocolate milk(mocha) and a white chocolate milk(white chocolate mocha).

A business doesn’t exist without customers. The owner feels entitled to your dollar as soon as you step in the door. Stay away unless you want to be berated for simply wanting a coffee.
