I don't like leaving bad reviews but I purchased 6 cupcakes for $18 and they were absolutely awful, they tasted old and dry.
I would not recommend this bakery for cupcakes I can't speak for any other product sold there.

If you're heading up north, stop in and get your homemade healthy breads, dinner rolls and delicious sweet rolls. The Cranberry Walnut Bread with flax is the best we have ever eaten. Their Creamy Dinner Rolls with Flax are perfect for your parties. We always stop and load up to take back home. These freeze well, too!!

Both times we stopped the bakery was old. Yesterday I bought 2 long johns. They were both so hard we threw them out. They were not fresh at all. It was a shame because they looked good.

Grandparents lived in Antigo when they were alive, so I know this place from little on. We take trips back and always stop at Gunkels. Their flax bread is awesome!

I love your cranberry bread. My in-laws stop there every year to grab bread for me when they drive past into Land ol Lakes. So yummy.
So kiddo just had a birthday. He's 4. When it was time to order order his cake I let him decide & tell the people what he wanted. He told lady behind counter the at the bakery he wanted a rainbow triceratops. I had no idea what to expect. I'm beyond pleased. Thank you Gunkel's Bakery in antigo. Wish I could attach a picture. They did an excellent job on the decorating, and it tasted wonderful too!
