Dirty establishment, dry tiny chicken tenders, gravy watered down, cold fries, crunch wrap very little meat same with chalupa supreme. Soda had no carbonation Would not recommend. Had issues the last 3 times here over a year and half time span. Will not come back.

Today…Sunday December 7th…we pre ordered $65.00 worth of food for a 2:30 pick up in Antigo WI. We got there…they argued with us about not having an order placed. She walked away and disregarded us completely. We had to go back into our phone to PROVE the order was placed and PAID for…..reluctantly they made our order…25 minute later!!! No hello…no thank you…no respect or customer service what so ever. Employees were rude….we got no biscuits….HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE….YOU NEED TO RETRAIN THEM TO HAVE APPRECIATION AND RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS……NOT EVEN A COUPON FOR A FUTURE VISIT….

Same reason I quit going to Shawano KFC before they closed. Won't give them another chance. I recommend Culvers down the street on the right. Their chicken is actually FRESH.

This review is from my dad. He went to the KFC in Antigo and had a bad experience.
I used to love kentucky fried chicken. The chicken was moist, had a great flavor juicy. The coleslaw was to die for. We stopped at the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Antigo. I ordered the big box which included three pieces of dark meat, a drink, and two sides. It was the worst experience i've ever had at any restaurant. The chicken look like nothing I had ever seen at a KFC. Small, dried out, and tasteless. I never complain, but this was so dried out, I couldn't eat it. I showed it to the gal, and she said she'd fix it.
She bought me out 3 new pieces that were exactly the same, small and dried up as the first 3. It was as if they had cooked it at noon and let it sit there. The coleslaw as always was excellent. Not only was the food bad, but at 6:30 in the evening, all around us was a girl mopping, shutting down one table after another washing tables in the middle of the supper hour, they're putting up chairs as if they're ready to close. We are so upset, we even contacted the main office. We wish we had gone to Little Caesar's instead.

I just ate the most delicious famous bowl ever, it was amazing! The chicken was cooked to perfection, nothing over or undercooked and everything was in correct proportions! The order was promptly ready and nothing was missing! Kudos KFC keep it up!

Just went here. The entire restaurant was full of people that were waiting for their food. Should of been sign number one to leave. We ordered anyway and than some shared that they had been waiting for more than an hour, everyone was irritated. Most of us went up and got refunds, new people coming in saw that and split... Staff seemed like they were on something. Never seen anything like it.
