I just ate the most delicious famous bowl ever, it was amazing! The chicken was cooked to perfection, nothing over or undercooked and everything was in correct proportions! The order was promptly ready and nothing was missing! Kudos KFC keep it up!

Just went here. The entire restaurant was full of people that were waiting for their food. Should of been sign number one to leave. We ordered anyway and than some shared that they had been waiting for more than an hour, everyone was irritated. Most of us went up and got refunds, new people coming in saw that and split... Staff seemed like they were on something. Never seen anything like it.

This was a disaster, alot of missing items had to go to the counter multiple times for food that was missing from my order. Food fell apart had to eat tacos with fork immediately after ordering.

AVOID AT ALL COST. About an hour wait inside the restaurant while they kept pumping out drive through orders. One guy waited 45 minutes, another over an hour then asked for a refund. They basically ignored him so he called the cops. Some pretty unsavory people working here and extremely understaffed. Will never stop here again.

Super slow service, even when you're the only person there
If the Colonel was still alive, he would be saddened to see how the quality and quantity of his secret recipe chicken has deteriorated while quadrupling in price. 😕 Every once in a while, I still wander back into a KFC, which sadly almost always has a Taco Bell connected to it, hoping that just maybe it might have improved, it hasn't.

Where to begin. Stopped in at 1:30 in the afternoon because my sons both wanted chicken on our ride back from Eagle River. I was waiting behind a couple who ordered tacos once the cashier decided to stop supplying the napkin area and take our orders. I was told that they had no specials even though they had 3 giant posters advertising different specials. I was given number 972 and sat down to wait at 1:32. About 10-15 minutes later, the couple got their taco order. I continued to wait. A woman who ordered tacos after my chicken order was then given her order. Then they called 974 and a woman and her daughter were given their chicken. At 2ish they called 975. I approached the gentleman and said, I am 972, not 975 and I have been waiting over half an hour. They lost my order! I finally walked out with my food and a couple extra peices of chicken at 2:12. A few of the employees seem pretty great, a few seem more interested in smoke breaks and checking their phone. The tenders and mashed were disappointing, but the chicken was good. It just seems like they need better systems in place.
