Attempted to order the chicken tender meal after having negative experiences with the regular chicken.
Order took 30+ minutes to complete.
Tenders were not fully cooked, fries were soggy, biscuits were hard and old.

Do not waste your time going here ... They never have enough chicken and they won't make more...I went in at 5:30 p.m. there open till 8:30 p.m. I ordered a bucket of chicken, they didn't have enough and wouldn't make anymore for me and other guests, 4 of us walked out.... Also cashier was very RUDE, and swore at me and the other guests.... NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

Food was good but whoever was taking orders needs to be fired poured out my drink and manager came give me new drinks why is she still working there because she wrung up wrong for full meal when wanted 5 dollar me real bad attitude not really a comment from manager think twice about this location and called o one answers phone Gm needs to know please share

So I ordered a three-piece chicken dinner with macaroni and cheese and potatoes and when we left, the macaroni and cheese was not hot the potatoes were not hot so I had to wait until we got back home to warm it up to eat it. We also ordered a drink that came with the meal but never got it and when questioning the person working there he said oh no that's extra so we were confused about that too. Overall I will never go back

This location is horrible. I wish I could give them zero stars.
The wait times are consistently atrocious, 15+ minutes regardless of order size or number of customers, and the service and attitude of customer-facing employees boils down to them wanting you gone as quickly as possible and having absolutely no regard for the quality of your food or experience. Every other fast food location in Antigo as well as every other KFC OR Taco Bell in the surrounding areas eclipse this one in terms of quality. The food itself is fine, but more often than not there’s a problem with the order’s quality or completeness that either annoys the customer or requires further assistance from the already apathetic staff.
Do not come here unless you are terribly desperate. You will be kept waiting and be wholly disappointed with your order and service.

No chicken made at 2:21 pm on Friday afternoon. Agreed to 20 minute wait. Has been over 35 minutes and still no food. And people were walking out with chicken as we waited for our food.

Service was horrible. Over 20 minutes wait at 6pm with three customers in the entire store. Most of the staff was busy talking in the back while leaving one person to run everything. Food was excellent however.
Rude employees, the cuss so loud you can hear in lobby, I had my 3 kids there and that's all they heard was cuss words. They shut down KFC at 6pm right in the middle of dinner time, they screw orders up everytime quite the embarrassment of an establishment and owner should be ashamed. Will NEVER eat there again!?

Stopped for the Tuesday special legs and thighs bucket of chicken that was advertised. I was told they only had extra crispy. I could see a lot of chicken in the warmers. Waited over 20 minutes. Cashier seemed to be avoiding the counter. I heard the cook holler they were out of white meat chicken for the day. This was around 3 pm. I could see a worker, they were all visiting behind warmers. I asked if my order was almost ready. A woman came and gave me 2 soda cups and said “on the house” which would have been nice if we drank soda. We finally got the chicken. I got home and the bucket was almost all dried out white meat. Never had such poor service at a KFC!!
