Sat in line for way too long as workers was talking to what I assume is their friend. I’m all for that until Ive been sitting there for 10 minutes before getting help. The man who helped us told my husband he was “nasty” for not choosing flavor in his tea. Pulled forward to pay and a small group of girls are in a corner on their phones. Very unimpressed. We’ve never had a bad experience here until today.

Have been here twice now. First time was awesome, but second visit one of our coffees tasted like they put banana syrup in it. They must've gotten the syrups mixed up or got our drink mixed up with some else's. Other than that mix up, fantastic employees and quick service!

I've gone a handful of times and normally it's been good and has flavor. I only get iced coffee and I've gotten typically just the smooth 7. I switched it up and got an iced caramel macchiato and asked if it was made with just caramel sauce or also with vanilla and they said they can make it with both. So I asked for an iced caramel macchiato with vanilla syrup added and when I got it, it didn't look anything like a caramel macchiato. Looked like a latte. It wasn't layered like usual. No caramel sauce and no flavor what so ever. Tasted like I was drinking a watered down drip coffee over ice with milk. As a barista I was very disappointed that a drink like that so easy to make tasted so bad. Unfortunately it was a waste of money for me cause it was so bad. Wasn't good at all.

I got in line and the associate got my order in on a tablet, i was queued up and got my coffee, a white chocolate mocha, as soon as I paid at the main station. The service is friendly and efficient. The coffee is amazing!

This was my second time here! First, i hate the fact that you must know what you’re going to order before you get there because there is no menu to look at if line is backed up. Second, most “Not all” employees are clueless and running around like they don’t know what they’re doing. Today, just a few minutes ago. I stopped there with whole family 5of us. We ordered come up to pay, guy handing drinks hands over 4drinks and I’m waiting for the last drink “mine”! And few minutes later, he asked what am I waiting for? Told him im missing one drink, he asked another girl and she said I don’t know! I think is that one sitting there. He asked another girls and she said, smell it! He proceeded to open the lid and puts it closed to his nose smells it a couple times and says i’m not sure hands it over to other girl and same thing puts her nose in it and confirms it is my drink! The guy hands it over and says here’s your drink, I’m not germaphobic or anything but after looking at them passing my cup of coffee through all of them I refused to accept it and he literally didn’t even apologize or said anything. Will definitely not be back!

I think their system needs to be smoother and employees need to have better training on coffee, and communication with the costumer and themselves. I don’t think the managers/ owners are setting them up for success.

I love there products but I have never had such slow poor service in my life. We’ve been in line for 14 minutes and there are still 3 cars ahead of us. They are not coming around to cars with tablets as I have seen them do at both Green Bay locations. VERY SLOW and poor service

Been here numerous times and the coffee has been spectacular, this time service on the outside drive thru was sooo slow. Waited almost an hour and coffee was bland and lacking flavor. Apparently only should come in the summer. A few cars didn't even order and just drove out.

Relatively fast when not absolutely slammed. Good drinks and a great amount of sugar free/diabetic friendly options. If you're not a coffee person, this is your place. Their 7energy drinks are awesome!

Ugh my sister went to 7B today to get a free ornament with purchase of 2 drinks(she ordered 4 medium drinks) and they told her they ran out 2 orders before ours so she got no free gift. This is my second time going for jackpot day and getting nothing. It's a little upsetting when there is 4 hours left of jackpot Hour. I think they should have the free gifts better stocked because waiting in that long of a line to not get what I went of is so sad. But the staff is always nice and the drinks are good. But seems to be a waste of my time waiting for jack pot days
