The food was amazing. My wife and I had the chai teas and I had the chicken bacon ranch. It was superb! 10/10

I used to love this place and come here all the time, everything here is exceptional for most people- the food, drinks, the people, the cafe itself.

What ruins the experience for me, however, is the Wi-fi. It has been bad for years and seems to only be getting worse. The Wi-fi constantly cuts out, and is slow to begin with.

In a time where most cafes have speeds of 100mbps+, Wi-fi is not something to cut corners on for customers. There is a specific Wi-fi for customers so I assume the ownership/management simply doesn't use it and isn't aware.

I doubt I'm the only person to ever say anything about it, but I don't see a lot of people on their laptops here (returning for first time in a year or so) so it's possible most of the people who do spend time on their laptops avoid Acoca.

I would recommend to management to try and spend time on their laptops on the customer Wi-fi, especially during the weekday (it is currently 1:16 pm on Friday October 25th as I write this) over by the windows on the "Acocacustomer" network. Happy to amend my review if the Wi-fi situation improves.

Love this place - especially their support and partnerships with nonprofit organizations! Fun location and decor, yummy food and drinks. Last time I was there I had a mocha and a chocolate chunk scone. This is a great place to network and meet with people. One of my favorite remote work spots!

I was very disappointed in Acoca today. I know it's not an ice cream store, but we called ahead and they told us that they had ice cream, but only vanilla. We were satisfied with that, as it was for a bunch of 2 year old, and they all love vanilla. When we got to the shop we were shocked to find out that the tiniest ping pong ball size of ice cream was $3.00. We still bought it, because we had already told the children we were going to have ice cream, but we will not be going back to Acocas again. I am adding a photo of a child holding the cup of ice cream. Mind you, this is a small 2 year old holding the cup.

Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly.

This place is amazing, we came for a coffee and a bite to eat this morning and was quite impressed with the service, the atmosphere and then the taste, it’s hard to find all 3 of those anymore. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

While I have always loved this place, I just ordered 1 salad for $22 and the picture is what I got. It looked like a kid salad. I used 1/4 of the dressing cup and that was too much. Is this a normal amount?! I’ve had the same salad here years ago and I got a huge box.

My friend and I ate outside on a sunny day. The service was fast and helpful. The atmosphere was chill and very clean. I especially appreciated the fact that the line wasn’t too long and the location is easy associable. Good food, great experience.

The coffee is incredible (much better than any Starbucks) and they have fun tea as well. The dine in hangout space is very fun too. It has lots of local art and fun colors, but the highlight has to be the massive community art dry erase board in the back you can add doodles to! It was a great place for a date. The staff was a bit blah and apathetic - they should drink some more of their coffee, and we appreciate it! Highly recommend regardless. Local coffee places like this are a gem and need our support!

Acoca is one of my favorite coffee shops in the area! They have one of the best Chai Lattes in the Fox Cities. Cool atmosphere with lots of seating. Breakfast and other food items have always been delicious when we've gone, and the staff is very friendly.

Brought the family in for breakfast thismorning and ordered the same items as last time. All of the food was alright, but everything tasted different from last time. Discovered the old cook had found another job. Sad to hear that. Great atmosphere and friendly staff but for the price of the food, it’s not worth it. But hey if you don’t mind spending $40-60 for a bite to eat and coffee, you’d love it here.
