Ambassador is a craft cocktail bar, with a focus on craft. Yes, you can get the standards, that you know and love, but you're missing out on some great mixologist creations. It has a relaxing vibe, with red lighting and interesting decor, and nice seats if you don't want to sit at the bar.

Fantastic bar downtown with signature cocktails, beer and more. Deven was fantastic mixing up amazing drinks (even a few not on the menu by special request) and incredibly talented as a mixologist! Cool vibe and atmosphere, looking forward to getting back soon!

Ambassador is my go-to for date night cocktails or when I'm showing someone around from out of town. I also love to stop in for their ever-changing drink menu. Really eclectic and relaxed. The bartenders are courteous and professional with a dash of humor!

One of my absolute favorite places to go for a drink in Appleton. I love how they always have a rotating menu of their cocktails. If nothing in the menu speaks to you, the staff is capable of whipping up any kind of cocktail you desire. Atmosphere and decor are always great. This place is a go-to whenever we have friends or coworkers in town.

It's so.... weird. And in the best way. We sat at the bar and I didn't even talk for the first 10 mins.. I just looked around at all the odd little trinkets. The drinks were amazing. The wait was a little long - but I couldn't be mad for even a second because the bartender had just gotten SLAMMED and was hustling, and was super polite and positive about it.
