Arby's in Appleton

“Went through the drive thru and I kept mistakingly saying barbecue chicken slider instead of buffalo chicken slider, but the man at the window was super understanding about and helped me figure it out and didn’t make me feel stupid, great attitude. Then I ordered the steak nuggets and he recommended I try the steak nugget bowl (and it was amazing) . Then when the lady brought out our food to our car she had a great attitude and asked if we needed anything else. In a world where fast food service and hospitality is often very lacking, these people really made this trip a good experience :)“

“Today at 1:00pm on July 4th 2025 give them all a raise I’ve lived in the area 2 years and man was the whole staff I encountered the best guest service I’ve received in my two years of coming to this location. (Don’t go to any others as this one’s closest to home) they forgot my mozzarella sticks I showed up and wasn’t mad or anything they were apologetic and super friendly I’m blown away by the staff I encountered today. Well done !“

“We popped thru drive-thru as our elderly friend wanted Arby's Roastbeef for our lunch with the non-curly fries. We brought 4 meals, 4 Roast Beef sandwiches. For me it was gluten-free (wrapped in lettuce) with taziki sauce, tomatoes, pickles on the side which was combined to make a delicious salad. The other 3 ate their Arby's Roastbeef sandwiches with varying toppings; bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles &/or onions. 2 selected the Peach Pockets ~ PLEASE be aware they are served very hot ~ so cut them open to cool before eating. We all had a very enjoyable meal. Thank you Arby's for helping make a 90+ years old's day wonderful!“
