Put in my order and after 10 minutes I never got my order. Went to the counter to check on my order and found out they never even started my order. After another 10 minutes I finally got my food. When I opened up my sandwich I found out that it was a thrown together mess and the french fries weren't fresh. My visit was a disaster.

Today at 1:00pm on July 4th 2025 give them all a raise I’ve lived in the area 2 years and man was the whole staff I encountered the best guest service I’ve received in my two years of coming to this location. (Don’t go to any others as this one’s closest to home) they forgot my mozzarella sticks I showed up and wasn’t mad or anything they were apologetic and super friendly I’m blown away by the staff I encountered today. Well done !

Stopped for a Hawaiian Fish, didn't have to wait at all. I paid $6.29 and the sandwich was not fresh nor did it have adequate tartar sauce so essentially dry fish sandwich. This seems to be a pattern here, food isn't fresh and very skimpy on tartar sauce. I suspect this location is cheating customers to keep their overhead cost low. Super disappointing, not a real honorable way to treat customers.

Ordered a gyro on grubhub and recieved a French dip, without the dip, despite the fact it was wrapped with the French dip side out, instead of the gyro side. So really that's double the incompetence 🙄
The women taking orders wasn't very pleasant, but service was quick and the order was correct. Not many clean tables, but we rang the bell for great service anyway.
