We ordered 2 shakes , chicken tenders and crinkle fries, roast beef sandwich and curly fries. We received the 2 shakes and then were handed a bag and told it was our order. Inside we found a fish sandwich, and two or more other sandwiches, no fries.some might think great you scored however I have food allergies to fish. Not happy, not impressed.

The main lady who works there who I believe Is a manager, talks over you while you try to order. I even tried to tell my order back so she didn't miss anything and she forgot to add my sandwich, then made us pay for it even though it was her mistake.Then when we got our food, this is how little of fries were in my container.Very disappointing experience. I was a manager at a fast food restaurant at the age of 17. Do better.

Went to get a gift card for a thank you for someone. Left what looked like a card that had been through the wash 6x and used for 3 years. Asked if they had any new ones as it was a gift, and was told "no they're old because no one ever buys them" asked for a sleeve to put it in "we don't have those"Been in customer service for over 20 years and was just really put off by the rudeness and was embarrassed to give the give the card as thank you cause it looked like I and received the card half a decade ago and never used it.

Was hungry so decided to order 2 for $6 cheddar chicken ranch sandwiches. Ordered thru app, picked up quick and easy. Food was hot and fresh. Food is always consistently fresh, hot and made to order. Never knew Arby’s was this good of a fast food restaurant until I had it a few times.

Upon walking into the store, the lady who took our order, had very poor customer service, and a very poor attitude. I did not like how my boyfriend and I were being treated, between interrupting us while we were ordering to having snotty remarks about what number my boyfriend wanted to order overall would not return.
