Terrible! Ordered from here a few weeks ago. No ranch on my dry chicken buffalo RANCH sandwich. Came back again today on my lunch, ordered ONE SIMPLE sandwich. Was waiting behind ONE person and sat there for over 10 minutes before I decided to leave. People have lunch breaks and dont have time to waste. No one should ever spend over 10 minutes in a drive thru for one plain roast beef. Hungry and definitely unhappy now that I have to sit through the rest of my shift starving.

Went through the drive thru and I kept mistakingly saying barbecue chicken slider instead of buffalo chicken slider, but the man at the window was super understanding about and helped me figure it out and didn’t make me feel stupid, great attitude. Then I ordered the steak nuggets and he recommended I try the steak nugget bowl (and it was amazing) . Then when the lady brought out our food to our car she had a great attitude and asked if we needed anything else. In a world where fast food service and hospitality is often very lacking, these people really made this trip a good experience :)

I have eaten here several times in the past but was very displeased with it today. In the middle of eating our sandwiches, we found mold in our buns. My fiancée went up and showed the guy and he didn't say anything after first and walked away. We were about to report to cooprate and he came back and refunded our money. I k ow it was in our heads but left feeling sick to our stomachs

I am a grubhub driver. I depend on fast quick service at all restaurants for smooth delivery In order to make money, I recently visited this location and the order was so late, i ended up losing my next order because of it, my order was due at 3:02 and never got it until3:14. I'm extremely appalled by the slowness in this restaurant. Because I know for a fact they can do much better.

Lately when splurging on take out, I've been so disappointed on the quality for the price. This Arby's had very fresh and tasty food! Our group got the beef and cheddar meal, crispy chicken meal, and ham and swiss meal. My daughter claimed they have the best chicken sandwich and strawberry lemonade! I also appreciated the quick and friendly service. We used the drive thru this time but I'd definitely stop again and try dining in.

Stop there at 6:00 for dinner and it was closed. All the lights were on and three cars in line and nobody was answering the drive-thru was told that it was closed very unhappy
