I am a grubhub driver. I depend on fast quick service at all restaurants for smooth delivery In order to make money, I recently visited this location and the order was so late, i ended up losing my next order because of it, my order was due at 3:02 and never got it until3:14. I'm extremely appalled by the slowness in this restaurant. Because I know for a fact they can do much better.

Lately when splurging on take out, I've been so disappointed on the quality for the price. This Arby's had very fresh and tasty food! Our group got the beef and cheddar meal, crispy chicken meal, and ham and swiss meal. My daughter claimed they have the best chicken sandwich and strawberry lemonade! I also appreciated the quick and friendly service. We used the drive thru this time but I'd definitely stop again and try dining in.

Stop there at 6:00 for dinner and it was closed. All the lights were on and three cars in line and nobody was answering the drive-thru was told that it was closed very unhappy

The food is great, but I would definitely complain to the city of Appleton as you can't get in there coming from Wisconsin avenue.... They need to make options for businesses... That is horrible!!

The fries were perfect. They were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
In like the food, just alot of the time we stop, they always forget something. I paid $6.39 for a double roast beef that wasn't in my bag tonight. Unfortunately, I didn't realize til I got home and didn't go back. Please double check the order and what's in the bag before handing it out in drive thru. Thanks!

I ordered a number 1 half pound beef n cheddar said it 3 times. I'm not sure where the confusion was. But I ended up getting a regular beef meal? I thought the bag was light when it was handed to me. Probably won't come back to this location. And there wasn't anyone behind me in line. No reason to get it wrong.
Could of been more friendly guy was not rude but very stand offish

It's an Arby's. But the service was very slow as in 20 min for my family's food and the Fry's were cold because they were preparing them while we ordered. Mind you we were the only people inside at 6 pm.
