Me and my father keep coming back here! I love the shakes and the fries are delicious, I definitely recommend trying them, and they adjust to orders easily! (Mine was a plain cheeseburger) Definitely will be asking my father to go back sometime!
Vegetarian options: Since they are capable of adjusting orders I believe you could ask for a meal to be vegetarian friendly.
Dietary restrictions: Same thing as the vegetable one :D
Kid-friendliness: Nobody had a problem with me exploring the store! (I had never seen an Arby's before so I was curious)

I went into Arby's because my window does not roll down. I use a walker to get around. Day was not all that great to start with. I simply order a meal & wanted Arby's sauce. Got my food & my drink & left. I should have checked the bag. No flipping sauce. Dry sandwich down the hatch. Just did not have it in me to drag the walker out again & go back in. Damn.

We do drive thru, but service is great and food is also.
No issue with the food but my wife and I had the longest wait for food that I've experienced in a very long time. I literally walked across to noodles, ordered, got my food and came back before we even got our food. Not sure what happened but dang.

I regret stopping by this Arby's. It took forever to get to the drive through with only 2 cars in front of us. I ordered a roast beef, which I was greatly disappointed in. We should've went next door to Culver's. Even with the long line, we probably would've gotten our food sooner and it is always top notch.

I come here fairly regularly to eat and have noticed a slight trend that it seems like the place is understaffed, and that may play into my slight complaint. I have often gotten the crumbs end of the bin with the curly fries lately. Where there are like 3 big fries on top and the rest is just crumbles of breading. I also get random other extra food in my fries a lot. Like..... a chicken nugget.... and a ton of regular fries. Maybe keep the food separated better please. It's just a bit... eww. Saw someone wipe a counter with a rag that had been in contact with raw chicken... so that's gross... just generally kind of hectic here and no one seems to care. I know fast food is a crummy job. But maybe basic food safety would be the least they could do.
Arby's has good quality fast food. I especially enjoy the roast turkey sandwich. I swap the ranch dressing for mayonnaise. It's always fresh and tasty.

This happened a few months ago but I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap gpt home and started eating and noticed it was a different sandwich with bacon(don’t eat pork) the restaurant manager I’m assuming called and apologized and than was told the district manager would call but didn’t. Be careful they don’t listen to your order and have attitude at this location. I use to come here allot but now I don’t come anymore the foods always cold or put together very sloppy.

I was letting my dog use the bathroom number one and had a bag in hand in case number two… a black guy who works there came out and was yelling at me for having my dog pee on their grass, even though dog didn’t poop I had a bag in hand. I was going to go inside and give them business but the worker was too concerned about a dog using the bathroom on GRASS! Screw Arby’s.
