This Arby's is open, airy and without a crowd even though it's in the middle of a big shopping area. Plus, it's easily accessible. The sandwiches I had were all tasty and well put together. Really glad potato cakes are back, too. Get your beef on!

Manager was rude. Ordered a kids meal, wasn't even all there. Had to go back to get my kid's juice, and he was rude about that, too. Fries were cold, chicken tenders were tiny. Never going here again.

Used app. It asked if I wanted closest location and I clicked yes. The order went to a farther away location. The closer location said to bad and not our problem. However, I was informed from Arby’s that policy is for restaurant that your at to make the food. First the app failed and then I was lied to by the general manager. No customer service at all and I had to drive across town to get my food. General manager says don’t use the app as the solution. How about Arby’s following their own rules!

Stopped by ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 orders of 3 potato cakes the lady taking the order got it wrong had to add potatoes cakes because she only rang up one the cashier was not happy looked really disappointed then proceeded to take money not give receipt and stand there on her phone food took over ten minutes to get and was cold
Me and my father keep coming back here! I love the shakes and the fries are delicious, I definitely recommend trying them, and they adjust to orders easily! (Mine was a plain cheeseburger) Definitely will be asking my father to go back sometime!
Vegetarian options: Since they are capable of adjusting orders I believe you could ask for a meal to be vegetarian friendly.
Dietary restrictions: Same thing as the vegetable one :D
Kid-friendliness: Nobody had a problem with me exploring the store! (I had never seen an Arby's before so I was curious)
Wheelchair accessibility: Has a front door ramp to get in and a drive-thru!

I went into Arby's because my window does not roll down. I use a walker to get around. Day was not all that great to start with. I simply order a meal & wanted Arby's sauce. Got my food & my drink & left. I should have checked the bag. No flipping sauce. Dry sandwich down the hatch. Just did not have it in me to drag the walker out again & go back in. Damn.
