I was letting my dog use the bathroom number one and had a bag in hand in case number two… a black guy who works there came out and was yelling at me for having my dog pee on their grass, even though dog didn’t poop I had a bag in hand. I was going to go inside and give them business but the worker was too concerned about a dog using the bathroom on GRASS! Screw Arby’s.

This happened a few months ago but I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap gpt home and started eating and noticed it was a different sandwich with bacon(don’t eat pork) the restaurant manager I’m assuming called and apologized and than was told the district manager would call but didn’t. Be careful they don’t listen to your order and have attitude at this location. I use to come here allot but now I don’t come anymore the foods always cold or put together very sloppy.

The Mac& cheese bites were very burnt. The curly fries, favorite part, were nasty. Having worked in a restaurant, I can tell that the grease is either old or not hot enough. The soda was basically syrup water.

Visited mainly to try the new Big Game Burger, & we were not disappointed. From the first bite, it was ecstacy. Sooooooo good! The flavors were about the best I've ever tasted in a "fast food" restaurant burger. The patty was thick & juicy, & all the ingredients together made for a really satisfying meal. Will definitely be getting more in the future.

Katie was super. Not only a good hostess but our 9 year old granddaughter had slammed her finger in the car door. Katie gave us a bag of ice to put on her finger, also ointment and a bandaid. She is super.
Asked questions and wouldn't get any response from the young guy working.We ordered drive-through because my son really wanted to try. Gave it a shot but probably won't be back as we waited in line for a while, waiting on the car ahead of us......took long. There was only us 2 cars in line.

The lobby was disgusting... there was ants everywhere on the ground on food that appeared to have been there for days, and every step you take you feel your feet stick to the unclean floor.

Clean dining room. Accurate order. Friendly staff.Shout out to Katy and the team there today. I had the delicious waygu burger and it was amazing. She was very nice to me and my son. This is a great place to come and eat inside. I will come back here again!
