Short woman came out of kitchen and was constantly screaming, it was like being an episode of Seinfeld with George Costanza‘s mom just screeching at the top of her lungs telling the guys in the back who couldn’t be heard to quit talking “naughty” with a voice that sounded like nails on a chalkboard… Chili dogs were nuked, nasty runny cheese that you would put on nachos, and they never bothered to warm up the chili. Zero stars isn’t an option unfortunately. Won’t be coming back.

The burgers were cold, no bacon on the sandwich I ordered, and the lobby tables were filthy along with the floors that were sticky. Manager complained in the back room and refused to do his job properly. Our food was made twice and both times it was wrong. We are very disappointed. Asked for grilled onions to be put on my burger and they said they can't do it. But I have been there before and I got it before. Don't understand why they didn't do this time. I called other a&w and they said they can do it. Confused why.

I came here to order food, walked inside, and walked out. It is so disgusting inside and the floors are so slippery from grease that I lost my appetite and left. I CAN'T IMAGINE EATING THE FOOD HERE. YOU NEED TO CLEAN YOUR RESTAURANT!
Went to get dinner with my grandma and the guy taking our order was extremely rude I order a number 4 with cheese curds and he didn't repeat the order back and looking at the receipt it had a double cheese burger with frys not what I order and the guy said that what I heard. That is so rude and disrespectful thing to say, especially to my grandma, the manager, just as rude

We ordered a cereal shake and two burgers. The shake was milk. Not even a little bit frozen. Burger felt like it hadn't been hot in hours, it was room temperature. When we asked for the shake to be fixed (or for a refund) we were told "it's been soft serve today" (??) and that the only thing they could do was add more of the unfrozen ice cream. Unbelievable that they refused to refund us for the $20 of food that was completely unsafe and inedible.
