I have been at this restraunt 2 different time in the last few months including today. Both times the doors were locked. So I went to Arby's. Will never stop here again.

I forgot my wallet and my stupid phone wasn't letting me pay thru paypal tap to pay so I was going to leave empty handed but she paid for my meal wich I am extreamly thankful for I was so disappointed I forgot my wallet this honestly made my day a little better

20 minutes for a wait behind two cars with small orders is no good, and looking at reviews seems to be a normal issue. I don't blame the guy that took / gave us our order, for all we know he's the only guy working... Lesson learned for next time heading home from an event and stopping for a quick burger.

I don't think it is the fault of the person that took our order, I think it's probably a lack of employees. Two cars in front of us with smaller orders. Took at least 15-20 minutes. Would have just waited for Culver's if knew would take so long. It makes sense now why the A&W line was so short. People in the area probably know better. We just wanted a burger before a drive home from a gymnastics meet. Combo size sodas are the size of children's drinks at most places. Was all a bummer.

I ordered a chicken tenders meal. They made the tenders fresh but had the fries sitting there. I usually get fresh fries from this place so one time messing up isn't a big deal. I just suggest the they drop the chicken then the fries soon after and it'll be great again.

My experience here was amazing, the staff was very kind and welcoming. The store brought an old time feeling to the atmosphere, the music was nice and kid friendly. The food was amazing and delicious, it was a bit of a wait but that's because they were so busy, all in all it was an amazing experience and I'll definitely be coming back.
My brother and I visited yesterday afternoon, and my stars was it busy. It was incredible to see everyone working as a team. Food was incredibly delicious. The southern woman (looked like the boss)that was there was very polite. Offered refills and was laughing with us and other guests. She was the best I've seen. We will definitely be back

My wife and I and daughter were at the Appleton North football field watching football for about 4 hours on October 4th 2025. We went into the A&w on Calumet and there was a young lady behind the counter when we walked in and she walked out the back and her and everybody in there walked out there and were smoking and looking in the windows at us while we stood in there waited to be waited on for 10 minutes. Needless to say it wasn't long and we went down the road to Culver's I was very disappointed and I don't believe I'll be coming back to any of the A&w restaurants anytime soon.
