We have been going to this A&W for almost a month now at least 5 times a week to get a cup of ice water and a meal since my other half is pregnant and enjoys the ice there, but today the lady charged us for a bottle of water saying corporate has changed the policy and is penny pinching everything. I didn’t receive a bottle water and refused to give us a bottle they charged us for. I understand being charged for a cup of water, but not for a bottle and never receiving it. I am disappointed and unfortunately I am going to have to take my business elsewhere. Good luck to the policy change.
Employees should be paying attention to people in the lobby, not their phones.

The person was not very friendly. We got 2 root beer floats, and it had hardly any ice cream. A little clump at the bottom of the glass. Certainly not worth the money we paid. On the bright side, their root beer is still awesome!

This location needs to have better training. I ordered a burger with no tomato, yet i get a tomato on my burger. Other items i have ordered only to have them messed up or forgotten. Last time i went through the drive through they took my card and scanned it inside, not this time, the girl holds out the card reader and i cant scan my card cause she's holding it below my window. I'm sorry but my arm doesn't bend like that. I ask her to raise the machine and she tells me she can't its as far as the cord will go..... i quit asking at that point and drove forward to open my door to scan my card. Could someone please train her that the cord doesnt need to be longer in order to ROTATE THE BOTTOM OF THE CARD MACHINE TOWARDS THE SKY SO SOMEONE CAN PUT THEIR CARD IN THE SLOT! That would be great if you could cause i didnt bother for i felt she wouldnt get the concept. Also, when someone asks for no tomato please make a burger with no tomato and don't be lazy about it. Some of us are allergic to certain things and would like to continue to breathe. I'm sure I'm going to get a lame response that is either automated or a lie that things will be "looked into". I think I will stop going to this a&w or maybe find another one that is hopefully owned by someone else and knows how to run a business and train their staff.

Drive thru wasn’t busy- there was one car ahead of us. Yet somehow they entirely forgot an order of chili cheese fries and there was 1 piece of fish on my fish sandwich that didn’t cover even half the bun. I believe the owners need to seriously reconsider this location if they want to stay in business. The kitchen is tiny and everyone is right on top of each other, they don’t seem to have the space or equipment to work efficiently, and to be honest, it looks filthy. Eating inside is barely an option because of the small cramped space. Not sure why small towns have a full restaurant area, with seating for over 25, and a full kitchen, but this busy Appleton restaurant has seating for about 15 and no work space.

First time going to an A&W Restaurant, the floats are as good as you think they are.
The French fries weren't very hot and neither was my fish sandwich. Not sure if the oil was old or what.It was hard to read the screen on the credit card machine so I accidentally approved a tip which I didn't want to do.

Guy in drive thru was very rude and unapologetic and shut the window in my face when I asked for my second drink great food terrible drive thru
I was just recently dining in my family. And I got a Burger that was supposed to be. Add ketchup and they remove the ketchup. And it's melt. When I went in there was some sort of there's just a disgusting smell. And the floors are super dirty and there was always one lady in the back yelling. I believe her name was Patty edit. Kylie's customer service was actually really good.But Nathan's was not the best. Unfortunately, I'm just letting you know so you can fix it in the future.

We waited a really long time to served. It took about 20 minutes after that to receive our root beer floats. We were tempted to leave before even getting our things. When we got them the soda in it tasted very watered down and did not have that A&W taste to it. 5 minutes after receiving the floats our fries came out, and those too tasted off. They seemed old and refried.

Food was great double papa large cheese curd and rootbeer of course!! Very busy and maybe under staffed? Went through drive thru waited 10 minutes. Little expensive cause of curds.

Decent food and friendly workers, but hands down the slowest drive thru in the area and a painfully long wait almost every time.

I stopped going here because of the expectation for a tip. I tip restaurant servers who wait on my table and batistas who put effort into making unique coffee the way I want, I know they make a regular wage here. I've worked in fast food in my life and never expected to get tipped. The guy in drive through looks grumpy when not tipped and has mentioned he is short staffed. I've always liked A&W, and I know everyone is hurting for money.
