Zero stars. Super ghetto. Teenagers running it. One of the girls sat in the seating area with her boyfriend. They were obnoxious. Incredibly loud, rude and talking about all sorts of inappropriate things in front of my kids....swearing, racist talk, talking about being expelled from school, living in an "trap house" etc. Absolutely won't be back.
ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever I know these teenagers feel like they're entitled but when a customer walks into a place a simple hello, welcome, how are you, what can i get for you today goes a long way instead of sitting on the counter that's right the service counter where you're supposed to be preparing food reading your books and playing on your phone didn't wash their hands no respect whatsoever to the customer who is trying to get a ice cream cone with their children's I'm almost scared for this generation ridiculous lets go to dairy queen hopefully they are nicer.

Ordered a brownie sundae and the brownie was no where to be found!! This has happened to me twice now at this store! How can you charge someone almost ten dollars for two scoops of ice cream!

This sale of ice cream from Baskin Robbins from La Ballard in Appleton, Wisconsin, I do not recommend it, I went yesterday, December 8, around 4, the service is terrible, there is a woman who has the worst service, she has a bitter face and very bad service.

Came 12-5-23 at 6pm and all the tv menu screens were turned off, floor mats rolled up, and both workers were clearly not wanting to be there at all. It seems they wanted to appear being closed so people wouldn’t come in and sit down, just get ice cream and leave. Very uneasy environment. Not to mention they didn’t have the new flavor of the month we came for.

Dirty, from the countertops behind the ice cream case to the floors. I would have turned around and walked out if I hadn’t promised the kids ice cream.
