Stopped in for just a quick beer only, and ended up staying for a Marquette basketball game & grabbed a really great burger too. The food & service was top notch for how busy it was. The seating around the bar is really comfortable too. It’s a great place for a stop on a date night. My girl & I met here and then wondered town.

Everyone had a variety of menu items and they all looked good. I had the salad, someone else had mozzarella sticks, someone else had a burger and someone else had some other appetizers. They had a wide variety of beer on tap and the service was great. It was pretty quiet I'm there for a Monday afternoon, the staff was friendly.

Not bad, just a bit of an odd layout. It is mostly a very long bar, so it can be a little cramped, food is good, and the service is professional and friendly, prices are decent and they have a very good selection of beers. It's not a bad place at all,just a bit of a strange layout, where you might have to eat sitting at the bar.

Bazil's was recommended by the front desk at the Hilton hotel for good late night food. It was just a short walk down the street. We walked in with 7 people at 10:00 pm and the service, the food and the experience were all excellent. The place is very comfortable and the bartenders did a great job! I will definitely be back.

Bazil's is a great pub in Appleton downtown! They have a great pub vibe with vintage decor and swivel bar chairs. Bazil's has a rotating selection of beers on tap. My favorite is Spotted Cow from New Glarus Brewing. I ordered a flight of beers, which is four 4 oz pours for $10. They do have a food menu as well. I glanced on the wall behind me and saw The Beer Club. Apparently if you drink all 100 beer beer brands they serve, then your name is placarded on The Beer Club wall. If you're looking for a pub to relax and enjoy a drink, then swing by Bazil's!

Once a great bar to watch a game now filled with hipster bartenders unknowingly that there is infact a packer game filling the room with mocks if "go sports" when any level of excitement rose within the air. Still good ol Bazil's but highly disappointed in the camaraderie within the establishment these days.

Love this place! Liked it so much went back twice in the same day. Super atmosphere, what you’d expect in a northern bar. The beer and spirits selection is second to none, the food was sooo good. Founders Chocolate Cherry Stout and their home stout aged in Eagle Rare barrels, oh man! It’s bar food but incredible and great variety. Highly recommend, wish I had this place in my town!

Showed a digital copy of my ID to the bartender and she still refused to serve me. Absolutely ridiculous. In a digital age where I can have my whole wallet on my phone I still won't be served. Not coming here again.
