Expensive, didn't even get everything I ordered. Mediocre food

(This review is from some time ago. I am just posting it now.) Service was great. The food was horrible. Everything looked and tasted like it was processed and came out of a bag. The mashed potatoes I had were instant and the gravy was out of a can. The chicken breast was pre frozen and par cooked, and the vegetables were microwaved. Nothing was made fresh and the food had zero quality. I am sure they will say its all made fresh and from scratch, but anyone with a palate can tell the difference between fresh mashed potatoes and instant mashed potatoes, gravy that comes out of a can, meat that was frozen and par cooked, and vegetables that were not steamed. They are not fooling me.

We went there last night and were seated promptly and given menus. There was no one else in the dining room. We waited at least 10 minutes and no one approached us for our beverage or food order. We decided to leave. A glance into the bar as we left showed only two customers and the bartender. Why weren't we waited on??? W went elsewhere and had a very enjoyable meal with excellent service.

we had the Friday fish last night! great light breading that was crispy! flaky fresh fish! more mashed potatoes than even I can eat.. and a complimentary salad and some amazing scone cookie things that I dreamed about last night! 100 percent recommend!!

Drinks were just OK. The old fashioned tasted good, but seemed like it came from a dispenser instead of being made by a human. Food was good, but entree came after I had taken about 1½ bites out of my salad.

Good happy hour with complimentary snacks including wings, pot stickers, taco's, homemade potato chips and popcorn.
The food was excellent and the service was decent except that we had to hunt through an empty restaurant to find someone to seat us. I know we were ahead of the dinner crowd but it was still pretty ridiculous.

we waited 50 minutes for 2 sandwiches.. only a dozen people in the whole place including staff... really no reason for the long wait. Signature sandwich literally had 4 thin slices of meat on a very large roll. Not very visually appealing.

My wife and I went here for our weekly Monday date night. Was seated immediately. Our server, Paul, was very friendly. However he also had a large group plus a couple of other tables so we didn't see much of him, just the occasional flyby. The atmosphere was pleasant. The food was good. We will be back in the future.
