I got a cinnamon cheesecake muffin it was great, the nice worker offers to warm it up for me which I thought was very kind, the muffin itself was cinnamony and pretty dense, I had to use the lavatory it was spotless, and the workers were very kind, would recommend.

Not a smooth operating business

Came in to pick up a delivery order today. I arrived around 11:15 am. I promptly walked over to the online order area, waiting to grab my order. I did notice the store was quite busy, since it was lunchtime, so I knew things were going to be a little longer than expected. Perfectly fine. Unfortunately, it took over 30 mins to receive any form of interaction from the employees. Dine ins were constantly given out, while my order continued to get pushed back, and just sat there. After 30 mins of waiting I finally was approached and asked what order I was waiting for. I told her then name; she replied that she’ll get started on it asap, apologized for my wait, but then proceeded to take off her gloves and head to the back. Long story short, I received my order at 11:50 am. Just incredibly ridiculous and unprofessional.

Great bagels and muffins. It's not the place I loved though. New smoothie provider cannot compare, most of "my" favorite sandwiches are gone. Still bagels are top notch and the cream cheese is handmade. I go when I have coupons nowadays, I used to make special trips years ago.

Terrible experience! Cross contamination by putting my strawberry bagel on a pile of other bagels being made! ALLERGY ALERT! Bagel maker wiped her nose on her black gloves MANY times while I waited (over 5 minutes) Very thin layer (layer being generous) of cream cheese and when done - my untoasted strawberry bagel tasted like an everything bagel! I am allergic to onions and sesame. HORRIBLE PLACE!

Rude lack luster customer service, mediocre food horrible coffee and greedy business practices make this a hard pass for a local option. Many many other options to get a bagel and a coffee in the area that wont cost you ten bucks.
Signage for convenience fee charge is so small you need reading glasses to see it. Bad business

The food was DELICIOUS ? we got the cheesecake muffins and the southern tradition bagels. It was probably the best bagels we've ever had. I had the everything bagel and my husband had the jelopeno bagel. He said his wasn't spicy and had a really nice flavor. We will definitely be back!
Probably a good idea to check your food before you leave. We received an incorrect bagel this morning.
