First time here this past Easter weekend from out of town. Our waitress was super helpful and friendly and gave us really good suggestions and pointers on the different seafood flavors and spice levels. She also gave us samples of the sauces before we ordered to see which flavor we liked more. I was super thankful for this because seafood is EXPENSIVE and would’ve have been really disappointed if we had blindly ordered a sauce that didn’t suit our taste. We ended up going for the Thai Chili flavor with spicy level spice and was not disappointed! Our waitress was really attentive to our needs without making it feel like our meal was interrupted. The place gave me an industrial modern vibe and the bathrooms were clean. The pho was probably the best I’ve had since I moved to Wisconsin 3 years ago. Its broth had an overall simple beef flavor which I really appreciated because some restaurants do try too hard to whip up some pho potions in the back and the flavor becomes too much. And for $11 I would say it’s a steal. To our waitress, you’re awesome but I forgot to get your name (shorter, thin young lady with a beautiful face). You deserve a raise :)

Server was attentive and very nice and food was good. I 'build my own' with mussels, headless shrimp, hmong sausage, corn and potatoes with lemon garlic sauce; spice level spicy. From the picture, it looks spicy but it wasn't. I felt like it was more of a medium spice than "spicy" spice. I felt like the shrimp and mussels weren't seasoned, it was as though the sauce was poured over the seafood, which I am okay with since I am sensitive to sodium. The basil shrimp fried rice had great flavors and you can sensitive taste the basil (which I love Thai basil). The hmong sausage was good as well, it was served with steamed rice and tomato pepper. I would have preferred sticky rice but that's a personal preference. The tomato pepper could have been spicier but was a nice touch. Will definitely come back and try more on the menu.

Our first time here. I was with my husband and my toddler. We got the Hmong sausage and rice with the dinner combo of 1 pound shrimp, mussels and crawfish. You can select your level of spice and sauce choice. We had the spicy thai chili sauce and it was SO good! If you don't like your food too spicy, you can choose lemongrass or lemon butter sauce. The dinner combo that we had cost $50 and comes with 1 corn and 1 potato. That was plenty for the both us. My toddler had the Hmong sausage and rice with a side of plain corn. Service was great! We were the only family in the restaurant after 7pm on a week day and the server took great care of us. She was attentive to our needs and provided a high chair, extra plates and a kid cup. The restrooms are gender neutral and have a baby station. Clean and welcoming environment. Very family friendly restaurant as well. We will definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu!

Welp I should go ahead and write this review. I moved to the Wisconsin area a couple of years ago. This is by a large margin, by favorite restaurant. If you like seafood and you like Thai, it doesn't get any better than this! My favorite meal is the snow crab boil, Thai chili and hot! It's well worth the money and honestly a gem of a place! You get 5 stars on everything, you just do!

Food: Haven’t gone here since the new owner took over and the quality’s gone down. I liked how the seafood boil use to come in the bags. This kept the food nice and hot throughout my meal. There use to he sticky rice where we used it to dip in the sauce afterwards, that was a favorite. Now, the food comes out in a pan and the food is luke warm, then is cold by the time you are half way in.Service: we had a party of 6, the least thing the waitress could have done was try to remember who had what. Only 3 people ordered appetizers and it wasn’t a busy morning as we came in right when it opened. She just came over and left the food at the table for us to figure out who got what. Wife got extra spicy sauce and mine was mild. To be honest, the waitress just dropped it off and let us figure it out. And we couldn’t tell the difference because they were literally the same spice level.

I have to say I’m disappointed. It’s definitely not for a large family to dine at. We have family of 7 and so decided for a birthday to go try it. Ordered a big pot for $125 and another for $75. Nobody got even close to full so ordered fried rice and pad Thai for everyone. Did get shrimps free for birthday. But after seeing our bill of almost $60 in tip gratuity and grand total clise to &400 was very disappointed, menu says it in fine print. You’d think we are spending alot already to make us pay even more is ridiculous and the fact food took long. Tip split thru staff but you’re literally throwing everything in a pot not individually serving the seafood!

First and probably last time at this restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food. Non of the staff updated us on when we would get our order (we finally had to ask after an hour of waiting). We ordered the Big Pot which was around $130. The others in our party also ordered a Big Pot. Quite frankly, I probably would have gotten much more seafood at Red Lobster for the price we paid. Finally we received our order an hour and a half later. The food was good. The server never offered us anything to open or break the crab legs with so we had to ask again. You would think it gets offered every time someone orders a King Crab meal right? Throughout the whole time we were there, none of the staff asked us if we needed a refill or if everything was ok. And finally, they messed up our bill at the end and also automatically charged the gratuity because we had 4 adults and a little 4 year old. They told us that it was their policy to add the gratuity for a party of five. They said that because the baby ate plain old rice, they counted us as a party of five. Personally, I didn't think we had the service that we should have gotten for the gratuity they charged us. I would have rather given my own tip. I usually tip 15% to 40% depending on the service I get. I don't even think this place deserves a 10% tip. I was gonna give this place a 1 star, but we did get seated right away and that was probably the best part of my experience there. In conclusion, if you want seafood and not have to pay an arm and a leg for it, go to Red Lobster. If you want to relax for an hour or so before eating, then this is the place for you.

We went when during a slow time. Food is good, service that day was good. Was had the big pot. it's not bad. Shrimp and snow crab were delicious, but the crayfishes taste different than i had other places. The pho was ok, mediocre again they are known for their seafood.

It is an Asian/Seafood restaurant. They have pho, kapoon, fried rice, French fries, and the seafood selection. The Asain food was okay. The seafood was great. Our waitress had good energy and was cheerful. I don't really agree with the auto 18% tip charge. If they want good tip, they must work for it. I didn't mind the 18% tip charge since our waitress was good and our food came out in a timely manner. But being force to auto tip doesn't sit right to me.
