Beautiful location & atmosphere.
Appetizers were delicious. We got edamame, bao buns & crab rangoon.
We ordered the Ramen Stir Fry and asked for a medium spiciness level, idk if my tastebuds were broken or what but my mouth was on fire & we politely asked to send it back but she declined and said since we picked at it we couldn’t. (2 bites being picked at is a little crazy)
Context: i’ve been in hospitality my whole life, the LAST thing I ever want to do is send something back but for an $18-$20 dish I would prefer to enjoy what I’m eating. We never got drink refills either. We kind of felt like a bother even just being there.

Ramen was like warm and didn’t really have much flavor so was disappointed in that. Seating was kinda close and people next to us talked really loud we couldn’t hear eachother even though the restraunt was basically empty. Waiter spilled ramen on the table behind us and my friend got splashed :/

Pretty decent ramen right in downtown Appleton.
Crab Rangoons were just alright, not a huge fan of the triangle style fold, and it’s very cream cheese forward.
Ramen was good, everything had good flavor, broth had that nice richness to it that you expect in a bowl of ramen. My egg was cold, wish they warmed it up more before sending it out, I had to let the other half warm up in the broth.

Never again!
I decided to try this place since it had high reviews. Based upon my meal, I would NOT recommend this place.
I ordered the Pad Thai to go, only to discover later that they did not include the cilantro, peanuts, lime or bean sprouts.
How do you miss half the ingredients??
I paid $17 for noodles, sauce, onion and a few chunks of chicken, and a small portion at that!

Absolutely love the food here. The Tonkotsu and kimchi fries are amazing! I don’t remember his name, but the young server dude is nice too!

First time experiencing Bowl 91, heard great reviews about this place but was left disappointed. I ordered the sweet chili chicken stir fry. The happy belly bun was just okay. They both looked & tasted like it came from the microwave/TV dinner section. My partner ordered the ramen, was not impressed. The tea drinks were yummy. It was a little pricy for really mediocre food.

The food was fantastic! We ordered the Happy Belly buns for an appetizer and the spicy Miso ramen as well as the Bangkok flat noodles for our main course. My daughter had the ramen and her bowl was huge! It was too spicy for me but she loved it. Ended up taking most of it home and ate it for lunch AND Dinner the next day. The steam buns were very good but my favorite part was the pickled cucumber and carrots. My Bangkok flat noodles were to die for! I loved the slightly chewy texture, I know it doesn't sound like that would be a good thing but it was phenomenal! I added some pickles that were left over from our appetizer and the crunchy cucumber and carrots just leveled up the goodness! I will be dreaming about those noodles until I can make the hour drive back to Appleton again. Our waitress was very attentive and kind, I would of given 5 stars but I always factor in the cleanliness of the restaurant in the service. Our table was pretty sticky, There weren't many people in the restaurant so there wasn't a rush to turn over tables.

Good change of pace from burgers and pizza. The crab Rangoon were big so a 3 pieces were enough for 2 people to split. The ramen was a big bowl but wasn't a heavy meal.
