Just wanted to place a to go order but the 2 people that work there didnt even acknowledge my presence. Sat at the bar waiting to talk to somone for over 15 minutes just standing there waiting patiently. not a single person asked me what can they do for me. Either hire more people or do better customer service. Just wanted to buy some ramen...guess not

Was very pleasant and nice to try something new☺️ We kind paid a bit more than I'd assume normal, because we wanted to try many things😉 Be Careful though.. Things do add up very quickly price wise. But good quality food 😀 My honey recommends the Hmong egg rolls, the most satisfying crunch and delicious 🤤

Cold inside the building. And seating is a bit uncomfortable. Ramen was super good! Stir fry was not as good. The appetizer that’s beans for $5 was not good. Overall first time experience was about 3 stars.

As someone whom has spent over 15 years living in Japan, this place was a great throwback to my childhood. Great Ramen, at a reasonable price. Mai was my server and she crushed it. Absolutely stellar service!
My only complaint is that the place was incredibly cold. I feel for the servers whom have to work in these freezing conditions. If you’re coming in here during the cold Wisconsin winter months make sure to come with at least 3 layers of clothes.

Bowl Ninety-One is such a good place to eat. They haven't disappointed me, and we go a few times a year! Some places go down hill, but not Bowl Ninety-One. Give it a shot, go ahead enjoy some Ramen or Pad Thai, or whatever!
I was disappointed with this experience. When we walked in, there was no host, no greeting, and no staff acknowledgment at all - just a sign telling us to scan a QR code. We scanned it, filled out our information, and were told the wait would be 5-15 minutes by the website.
We waited and waited while servers and staff walked around, and there were plenty of open tables, yet no one spoke to us, checked in, or even acknowledged that we were standing there. After a long wait with zero communication, I finally went up to the bar to ask what was going on. I was met with a rude response and told the wait would be at least 30 MORE minutes, completely contradicting the QR system.
I’ve been here years ago and remember good food and service, but this visit was nothing like that. Being ignored from the moment you walk in is unacceptable.

The Curry took me back to Tokyo Skytree! Nice atmosphere and view. The mochi was fantastic with passion fruit and Umami which I had never tried before. If you are looking for some authentic Japanese Flavors look no further but please save some for me. 🙏
