Stopped in with my son. Love the new kiosk, but choose to check out at the counter with the bobarista! Super friendly and helpful. My son loved the shake he got!

When I ordered I got no boba in my drink, when I asked for extra boba.

Went here for a drink and the workers were absolutely rude. Spilling drinks and ignoring the customers as if we couldn’t see them. I know it’s a weekend so that’s going to happen but I’ve never felt so disrespected from people who are supposed to be professional. One girl in specific was on the floor and laughing as she was spilling customers drinks. There was 7 people total working and it was insane with how they were acting, just over all appalling. They need to get it together if they’re going to maintain their business

No service at all. Both drinks were awful, no flavor. I saw that they they had premade huge containers of these drinks and pour it when I order then proceed to add ice. They were not even busy at all, I don’t get why y’all had to make so much beforehand. No other boba shop premade a huge container of taro sitting around. Who knows how long that’s sat around. Worst boba shop ever!

100% recommend. While I do not get boba often- when I do I always go to bubbleicious. I love the staff, they all are very nice and make the atmosphere fun. I love the variety of drinks that I am able to choose from. ALSO I like that there is a kiosk(self order) it’s really helpful when I don’t really want to talk to ppl??

Vegetarian options: The only animal products used is milk. There is a milk alternative.

Dietary restrictions: Don’t go here if you are looking for caffeine free options. While they’re are caffeine free options(fruit flavored milkshakes)- all other drinks are caffeinated.

This place is just degrading as the time is passing. I remember three years ago, their drinks were to die for. But I’m noticing their focus nowadays have only been on “bettering” the packaging of their beverages and the technology for the shops but not the items people visit the shop for. Just a few years ago, there used to be a long line of people waiting for their turn to purchase their boba but the lack of crowd around the shop, AT THE MALL, shows just how deteriorated their drinks and costumer service have gotten. It is easy to tell the workers are just displeased every time an order comes their way. Goodluck to this location.

Why don’t they take cash? Absolutely ridiculous, my younger brother just wanted to buy his own boba tea

All four drinks we had was awful! I don't know if they don't know how to make it or what. The drinks was watery and had no taste! I couldn't even finish my drink because it was so bad! Waste of $40.

I come to this location every time I come into the mall. I get the spiced chai tea latte and every time I get it it’s always so good. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff.

This was my first time trying this place out. I came in Monday 07/08/24 around 12:00. My little siblings wanted to try somewhere with boba and since I’m from out of town this was the first place that we could find. No one greeted us when we walked up, they just stared and did not have pleasant faces. I disregarded it and continued to order because I was doing this for my two siblings. I ordered a strawberry milkshake with boba and I put in the special instructions that if they could split it into two cups that would be great. I did this because the amount of the drink is just too much for their age and I wanted them to just simply split it. Of course if this was a problem I would have had them just share a drink, but there seemed to be no issue until one of the employees called my number. She very rudely stated that “people like me” always try to waste product and that they can’t just split a drink into two cups. Obviously if this was an issue like I said, they could’ve put it in one cup. But just the fact that the employee had no regard that I was splitting it between two little boys and the remark she said about “people like us” was completely off putting. We are African American and hearing something like that is quite derogatory. The lady did not let me get one word in to explain anything and then ignored me. To say I was in shock was an understatement. This is not the type of behavior that I would want around my siblings and the remarks were uncalled for. I can say that I will not be returning to this location and I have let my entire family know what kind of business this place is and the etiquette that is displayed.

The drink was good, with minimal ice, but the service was terrible. Despite being the only customer, I received no greeting as the employees chatted among themselves. When I asked a question, one of the staff responded with a noticeably changed tone. I understand that each Boba shop has its own menu, but it seemed like she lacked the patience to explain the drinks.
