Good drinks. Matcha tiger is my fave!

Next time will not have extra Lychee jellies put in but the jasmine green mil tea with Boba was the best.

Yummy always good and staff are nice also. All tasty personal favorite is lavender milk tea😋

We frequently order the bubble tea here and generally enjoy it but the boba shake was very watery again. Definitely no icecream in it. It feels like I’m drinking boba milk tea and not a boba shake.

Great boba drinks and good variety! We like the strawberry matcha milk tea, the potted plant drink, and the dalgona coffee with coffee jellies!

Stopped in with my son. Love the new kiosk, but choose to check out at the counter with the bobarista! Super friendly and helpful. My son loved the shake he got!

When I ordered I got no boba in my drink, when I asked for extra boba.

Went here for a drink and the workers were absolutely rude. Spilling drinks and ignoring the customers as if we couldn’t see them. I know it’s a weekend so that’s going to happen but I’ve never felt so disrespected from people who are supposed to be professional. One girl in specific was on the floor and laughing as she was spilling customers drinks. There was 7 people total working and it was insane with how they were acting, just over all appalling. They need to get it together if they’re going to maintain their business

No service at all. Both drinks were awful, no flavor. I saw that they they had premade huge containers of these drinks and pour it when I order then proceed to add ice. They were not even busy at all, I don’t get why y’all had to make so much beforehand. No other boba shop premade a huge container of taro sitting around. Who knows how long that’s sat around. Worst boba shop ever!

100% recommend. While I do not get boba often- when I do I always go to bubbleicious. I love the staff, they all are very nice and make the atmosphere fun. I love the variety of drinks that I am able to choose from. ALSO I like that there is a kiosk(self order) it’s really helpful when I don’t really want to talk to ppl??

Vegetarian options: The only animal products used is milk. There is a milk alternative.

Dietary restrictions: Don’t go here if you are looking for caffeine free options. While they’re are caffeine free options(fruit flavored milkshakes)- all other drinks are caffeinated.

This place is just degrading as the time is passing. I remember three years ago, their drinks were to die for. But I’m noticing their focus nowadays have only been on “bettering” the packaging of their beverages and the technology for the shops but not the items people visit the shop for. Just a few years ago, there used to be a long line of people waiting for their turn to purchase their boba but the lack of crowd around the shop, AT THE MALL, shows just how deteriorated their drinks and costumer service have gotten. It is easy to tell the workers are just displeased every time an order comes their way. Goodluck to this location.

Why don’t they take cash? Absolutely ridiculous, my younger brother just wanted to buy his own boba tea

All four drinks we had was awful! I don't know if they don't know how to make it or what. The drinks was watery and had no taste! I couldn't even finish my drink because it was so bad! Waste of $40.
