The boba itself was pretty good. I’ve gone a few times but recommend the Carmel latte shake boba. Was very yummy. Overall slightly overpriced. Payed about $7.40 for this one drink. Could definitely get something similar somewhere else for about $5. Decent end to your mall shopping adventure though! Would be cool if they had an actual shop in the mall, but understand the food court vibes ;)

We have visited this establishment in the past with no issues but over the weekend (11/12/23) we got the same thing we usually do, Strawberry skake with regular boba, and were extremely disappointed. In the short time of 15 minutes the shake started to separate and milk products started to curddle. It is a good thing we ha donly taken a couple sips before this happened. Not planning on visiting this location ever again.

usually i really like the tea i get at the mayfair location but my tea was luke warm and the cup was super sticky on the outside and it gave me a really bad stomach ache i was very sad :(

I have gotten Boba a couple times from here and had a couple bad experiences with the service, and with the Boba being made wrong. I had the absolute worst experience and worst service today from what looked like a new worker. She was very impatient and didn’t care to try to help me find the drink I was looking for. It felt like she was trying to rush me and was very judgmental of me. I will not be going back and you’ll lose customers having her work at the front.

The passion fruit green tea was awesome!!! ?. The boba was good. The place itself was intimidating if you had no clue what to order or have never ordered tea before. Still, highly recommend!

This place used to be so good when it first opened, and it was my favorite part about shopping, but now every single drink tastes so watered down and flavorless. It’s almost $7 a drink too, so definitely not worth your time or money. Just go to Jasmine Leaf (also in Appleton) instead.

me and my friends drinks tasted really bad.. I’ve had this green tea fruit tea at the Uni boba shop and it tastes way better. We tried to come 2 different times and they were closed half an hour early when we drove 29 minutes to get there. Disappointing
Ehh..at 4:45pm on 3/25/2023 a worker is checking their phone while there is still people in line with a ear bud on her ear. No real system is place. Everyone seem to do their own thing. Even tho is a slow day at the mall.

Came here 1/4 and drove an hour to get there. Was standing in line to have my order taken and the girl at the register completely looked past me and asked the BEHIND me how she can help them. I stood there confused and said “uh hello?” As the people behind me continued to push past me to the front of the counter. The other girl making the drinks looked at me and then at her co-worker and I asked if she was going to say anything and then she walked away. With that I said “okay well I guess I’m not ordering” and walked away. Mind you, I was directly in front of the counter and the employee while she looked past me and ignored all of my comments.
