I have dined in and ordered takeout many times.
Takeout is always ready significantly late. It's sometimes ready more than 20 minutes after they say it will be ready.
A few staff members have been rude (mostly they're very nice, but there are some VERY rude waitresses).
The wings are not nearly as big as they used to be - they're tiny! They used to give you two small wings and counted it as one, but now I get wings the size of a quarter and that counts as one whole wing.
Starting to not be worth the cost! And this specific location should work on their carryout time!!

I've ordered delivery from this location many times and every single time something is wrong with my order. Missing drinks, missing food, wrong sauces... I will never order from this establishment again.

What happened to the good-sized wings? I haven’t eaten here since 2023, and the wings have definitely gotten smaller. If you’re looking for bigger wings, I’d recommend going to Wingstop instead.

Sat in the bar area and at first we were unsure of how the service was going to be. The person that came to the table was from behind the bar(bartender) and seemed kinda spacey. Man were we wrong.... after we ordered our drinks and watching him make a mojito, and the small talk he had about different items on the menu before we ordered we knew we were in for great service.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is well run. It was readily apparent upon finding our seat because it was clean and the staff was on top of their game. What's more, is that the wings were probably were the best I have had from this particular chain. They were sauced, but not overly so, yet still crispy but without being dry. Of course, we got the large onion rings with their killer dipping sauce. Fifteen wings a piece, with that app, was definitely filling enough for lunch. While we were there, no Wisconsin teams were playing anything, so it was not busy. The staff took advantage by keeping things clean. Looking forward to going wing wild there again. (We did go back again after quite a while. It wasn't quite as good because the onion rings weren't quite right. Anyway, the fried pickles were good).

Ordered pick up for first time ordered while in store, price w associate was $20 more than ordering on App. Weird. Got hot dippers ordered plain no spice. Order to be ready at 5:40pm. Got my order at 6:24pm 44 mins after ready time. Everyone waiting was annoyed! Hostess never checked in back just said it’s not ready it’s behind it always is done after pick up time! Then SWITCH THE PICK UP TIME, if it takes longer than put longer. Wings were all different sizes not consist, some just breading. Won’t go back.

Doordashed which took an hour to get here which I know you can’t control. But when received the wings literally had like no sauce on it it was so dry. If ur out of sauce I’d rather u cancel my order than have me waiste my money on something I’m not gonna eat.

Two words: apathy & disrespect. My online order was estimated to be ready for pickup by 8:30pm. I waited by the counter until they finally called my name at 8:55pm. They didn’t seem overly busy - there were 3 or 4 customers who were also waiting for their orders. I understand that running a restaurant in 2025 can be difficult, but it’s not hard to apologize for being late. I’m talking about the manager who handed over the food and clearly knew I was extremely annoyed. If she apologized, I would have immediately given her the benefit of the doubt. However, there was zero acknowledgment of being 25 minutes late. I also noticed a general feeling of apathy among the other employees. I’m not sure who’s in charge at the Calumet location, but I’d recommend basic customer service training…. for everyone.

Craziest experience ever. Stopped in to place an order to go but wanted to pay cash. Was told that the price online couldn’t be honored because I was paying cash. So, I purchased a gift card with cash so I could place the order online. Placed the order and never got a confirmation number or email. Checked in with a cashier (different one from the one who sold me the giftcard) and she informs me that the giftcard take 4 HOURS to activate after purchase. What the actual “heck” am I supposed to do now??? Finally found someone to refund me for the giftcard and I got out of there and took my money somewhere else. Absolute total chaos. They do not have a clue what they are doing. 0/10 do not recommend.

Ordered take out, employee at the take out counter was nice. Although all the food was room temperature at best even with arriving before our pick up time. The wings you can tell were not tossed they were thrown in the take out box with some sauce thrown on top of them.
