Went to the calumet st, location in appleton. Ordered food and drinks. Also ordered a chicken ceasar wrap to go. Tried to eat it today its the buffalo ranch wrap! Yuck! Wont be returning. Over priced drinks and wrong order!

A Shout-Out to Chloee at Buffalo Wild Wings! I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, and it was largely thanks to our server, Chloee. From the moment she greeted us, Chloee was incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient.
She took our orders promptly, made excellent recommendations on wing flavors, and even suggested a new appetizer that we ended up loving. What really stood out was her proactive approach – she seemed to anticipate our needs, checking in just at the right moments without being intrusive. Our drinks were always refilled, and she cleared plates quickly, keeping our table tidy.
Beyond her efficiency, Chloee's positive attitude and genuine warmth made our meal even more enjoyable. She had a great sense of humor and made us feel genuinely welcome. It's clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience. If you're heading to Buffalo Wild Wings, I highly recommend asking for Chloee. She's a fantastic asset to their team, and her excellent service truly elevated our visit!
This Buffalo Wild Wings has become one of my favorite places to have beers, watch sports, and eat. Chloee is one of the best bartenders/waitresses i have encountered in the Fox Valley. Her attentiveness and kindness is truly appreciated. Thank you for a great experience! I hope you realize what a great team member you have in Chloee and I hope a raise in pay is in her future. Probably the worst service I’ve ever received at a restaurant chain. My husband, daughter, and I walked in and were sat and completely forgotten about. No one even asked us for a drink order. Sat for 20 minutes at least and eventually just walked out. What was the most annoying part was there were servers around milling about and talking to each other while we sat and waited. Save your money and time and don’t visit this chain. And if you really want Buffalo Wild Wings visit the Appleton East location which is way better in every way. We definitely won’t be coming back to this location. If you are disappointed like we were definitely walk across the street to the fazolis! Way better service and food!

We were there on 2/24. We got seated, right away but after two waitresses walked by our table without even acknowledging us, we left after 20 minutes. As we left all of the wait staff were standing by the bar talking.

Food is ok,the waitstaff is fine,but when you order and say that an appetizer is your meal it should be delivered with the meals for the rest of the table. We also had an order totally messed up and was served with dry rub,not sauce. My husband got to sit and watch me eat. By the time his food was delivered and then delivered correctly it was an hour so we went home. The excuse was they are busy,we don't need or want an excuse. Pay attention to what is told to you, write it down correctly and then the kitchen should actually read the order and prepare it correctly.

I would definitely say this Buffalo wild wings is better in comparison to the one on the other side of town in Grand chute.. This is not a fast food restaurant it's definitely a sit-down and enjoy your conversation type of place. I ordered the combo basket and it took about 40 mins to get our food but it was hot and tasty. The service was also a little slow but the waitress was very nice. This place has a million TVs my son loved that. Also they have an outdoor patio but it was close to being due to the cold. Definitely a sports bar atmosphere, but also family friendly..
