I go to Lawrence U and have a CT license that is a valid 21 year old license It is a CT license.. They would not serve me because they said they ran my license through their machine and it was fake. THEY LIED! There is no way they ran it through their machine because it is not fake. I asked my mother send a picture of my passport and they still would not believe me.. DO NOT GO HERE. They are just miserable people who act like they don't like their job and do not want to work here. They called me a liar when they were the ones lying. PS - the manager made this call. She acted grumpy and annoyed when addressed about this topic.

Dining-in is always a good experience. However, I wouldn't recommend ordering takeout. The food always seems to be lacking effort (and this is more than once). Upon arrival, we always have to wait an extra 20 minutes. We paid extra for flat wings but instead got all drummies and one flat. The fries were burnt completely that they were too hard to eat. On top of that, the food was all cold. It was not enjoyable at all. We had to throw away all the fries. What a waste of our money.

It was my 1st time here since I was craving wings. I Instead ordered a Grilled Buffalo Chicken wrap. It was made to perfection. Just the right amount of sauce and ranch. Thank you for your exceptional care. I will be visiting again since I work in the area.

I’ve preferred this location for many years now, but over the past year they’ve messed up multiple carry out orders.Most recently they gave me both the wrong wrap and side for an order. I had to go back to get a replacement so my wife could actually eat it.And then I got food poisoning from my food (not related to the replacement) which was an especially terrible experience. This was from an order on 1/25/2024.

Everything tasted good, but seems like the boneless wings keep getting smaller so the value isn't as good.
I normally don't have a problem when I order, but today was different. My food was cold so cold it couldn't be eaten after being warmed up in the microwave. The fries was so old and hard, the burger had my stomach hurting after still trying to eat it. Worse experience ever that had to been sitting there for over an hour.

Dining in is usually good but the take out is atrocious. Food is barely lukewarm, boneless wings are hard, there’s barely any sauce on them and the fries are soggy. For $60 I expect my food to at least be hot. This is very common for this location and carry out.

The wings were really light on the sauce got a 20 piece and a 10 piece. The 20 piece only had sauce on 6 ot 7 wings the rest were dry. The 10 piece was lightly sauced not like normal for the jamming jalapeño. Sorry Buffalo but this was really bad.
