My sister and I went in store to pick up an order placed through the app. While we were waiting, we noticed a worker, Drake, who was handling and serving food through the drive-through. Drake’s hair was not tied back and was well past shoulder length. We had witnessed him touch his hair multiple times and then touched the food he was serving. Will not be coming back.

I ordered 2 bacon melts and they still didn't have any bacon on them. I ordered a 4pc cheesy tot and only got 3. I also had onion rings on the order that I had to go back through the line for. Every time I end up going through Burger King they always end up messing up my order. I'm no longer going here again.

Tried the new maple, and Mexican Whopper. With onion rings. Ate my food in the parking lot from the drive through. It was all cold and took forever to get. Even though the place had no costumes.
I wouldn't recommend this place.

The one thing this location is excellent at is zero customer service skills. Employees hear what they want and give you whatever they feel like. She Refused me my rct, had me pull around and wait for 15 minutes. There was literally no one after me maybe 2 cars in that time. I finally went in, waited for a couple of minutes and saw my food sitting on the counter, not under the heat lamp. They finally acknowledged me, and I asked how much longer of a wait they said we literally just pulled it out 10 seconds ago, even though it was sitting on the counter and they were off in the back room. They gave it to me. It wasn’t even hot. They tried to argue with me that it was no it was not. They gave me the wrong sandwich as well and no sugars for my coffee. I just moved. This is a very big inconvenience for me when people don’t take their job seriously. I worked in Customer Service for more than half my life these kids these days just wanna hurry up so they can go sit on their ass on their phone , is what it is. Stopped in because my car was being serviced next door. Braiden was the employee who took my order. He was polite and friendly. Told me I "ruled" and offered my a crown, which I gladly accepted. The food was hot and hit the spot.

The person helping me through the drive through was yelling at me and being extremely rude. I’ve never been treated so awfully at a fast food establishment. Also at the end of my order they asked if I was done and i said yes, they then said “SIR, I asked if you are done” practically yelling at me. I repeated myself and said yes again.
