I love Burger King but not today...Customer service was bad, they got are order wrong, we went back to confront and try to get are order right ,but the worker that I was talking to me kept giving me attitude and he said that he was gonna get security up on my dad just for trying to get our food order right...this was Such a bad experience.

I can never use card, system always down and today they randomly closed early. This is the only burgers king where this is a problem

Employees didnt change oil to fry food. Jalepeno cheddar bites did not taste great because It wasnt cooked through same as well as onion rings. Service was not presented well.

The worst we order a double cheeseburger and half the cheese wasn't even on the burger a chicken sandwich that had so much mayo on it the bun wasn't even able to be on it.. waited 15 mins for food.. and the lady was rude!! Never again will I waste my money on this trash again!!

Me and the boys once bought a whole bunch of Chicken Nuggets here. I'm talking over 100 of those bad boys. For such a low price point, the nuggets were a SLAM DUNK, and we have been back since.

Service was okay. We ordered a crispy spicy chicken sandwich with no lettuce or tomato. But we got a grilled chicken sandwich with tomato and lettuce and that was exactly what we didn’t want

As I approached the counter with my 2 year old daughter and wife the employees were listening to very loud and vulgar rap music that I was able to hear CLEARLY..I could hear it over all other sounds in the food court

A huge shout out to Vicky!!! That girl should be the GM at the college and lynndale location! Even though I had to drive 4 miles for BK instead of .3 miles, she made my experience right and awesome! Can not wait to speak to the district manager on Monday!!!
