Well after impersonal service, I received a really bad iced mocha. I can't even drink it...how can you do an iced mocha wrong? Tastes bitter...just paid 6.00 for a drink that went right in the trash. Figured i would get sick if I drank it. Update** I did email Caribou and got zero response.

So I ordered an XL iced chai, as a last barista, it’s an easy order. It’s syrup and milk and ice. The girl gave me a cup of ice and like half a cup of actual chai. Very lazy. VERY mad I was thirsty.

After coming to this store for a few years almost every day and purchasing a coffee and food, I was told I couldn't have a free refill if I exited the store (I often drank my coffee in my car). So much for customer loyalty. They lost my business.

I enjoy having the convenience of having a coffee shop inside Festival Foods. I enjoy the fact even more that it is a Caribou Coffee. I love the coffee from this place and every time I come, the staff here is so friendly and helpful. If you have never tried one of their breakfast sandwiches, I encourage anyone to try one. Delicious. Great coffee and food with exceptional service and convenience. What more could anyone ask for? (BTW if you are a Caribou Rewards member, they can credit your account or use your points in the grocery store - unlike the place out of Seattle.)

Very small place that in my opinion packs a big punch. The prices are in line with Starbucks so a little on the high side, but I believe you get a higher quality food and drinks for the same price it’s very close to Starbucks and I found myself going here anytime I have the opportunity choose the staff has always been friendly and helpful, and I’m working my way through the entire menu of food. I found myself to be a huge fan of the berry white latte similar to a white chocolate raspberry, from other places, they often have free samples of shakes and energy drinks that are always a nice treat. Has become my go to instead of Starbucks. I wish there were more locations.
Vegetarian options: They do have things for food on the menu as a vegetarian option. And drinks, of course.
Dietary restrictions: You could get as thin or thick there as you want
Parking: It’s a very small location with a somewhat challenging drive-through. Very tight.
Kid-friendliness: They have lots of good options for kids and ad
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s all first floor very easy access
