Charleys Cheesesteaks

The food was genuinely so bad i had to write a review. My order was missing components and had pieces that weren’t even on the listing. The sandwich was sopping wet in sauce but somehow the bread was dry and rubbery. Also they burned the steak (it literally tasted like char… how???) Go somewhere else.

The food court was dead, no line at Charley’s. The employees spent time talking to each other about inappropriate topics and cursing. The place is filthy!! The grill had old food left on it and the garbage on the counter overflowing! Awful!

Very disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism. I ordered a sandwich and wanted gourmet fries& wings, they told me no because they are closing soon- this was at 7:30pm mall closes at 9pm- while I waited for my food I witnessed both workers cussing at each other and complaining how dead it was and how mad they were that they had to be there until 9pm. There were several other customers that wanted to order gourmet fries and wings and they were told no. Not sure why they would turn customers away that takes from your profits. I will not recommend this place.

Food is decent. (Expectations are low for food court). Service is always terrible. People stand in line with nobody acknowledging them, typically 1 staff member working hard while the others stand around.

This place NEEDS TO BE CLEANED SO BAD. THE CEILING IS DISGUSTING. THE AMOUNT OF GREASY DUST IS CRAZY. I was just casually looking around and looked up and saw how nasty it was. All the other ceilings were normal but theirs was caked with dust.

I was the only one ordering and the staff didn’t even acknowledge the ticket. Got the food 15 mins later and none of the meat was seasoned. Used to love this place but it sure has changed with this rotation of workers.

Cashier was grumpy, didn't take my order right, even when I questioned her. I was the only one ordering which should've been a red flag. Because of the way she wanted to make my sandwich instead of how it's listed on their menu board, I took one bite and had to spit it out! If someone doesn't want to do their job then find a new one. Will not recommend this place ever

Thr food was alright. The mozzarella sticks weren't melted thou and was a bit cold in the middle still as if it was just out of the freezer. Service was fast and efficient although the vibe was kinda depressing.
