I was the only one ordering and the staff didn’t even acknowledge the ticket. Got the food 15 mins later and none of the meat was seasoned. Used to love this place but it sure has changed with this rotation of workers.

Cashier was grumpy, didn't take my order right, even when I questioned her. I was the only one ordering which should've been a red flag. Because of the way she wanted to make my sandwich instead of how it's listed on their menu board, I took one bite and had to spit it out! If someone doesn't want to do their job then find a new one. Will not recommend this place ever

Thr food was alright. The mozzarella sticks weren't melted thou and was a bit cold in the middle still as if it was just out of the freezer. Service was fast and efficient although the vibe was kinda depressing.

$10 for a steak sandwich that has little meat. It's not worth it. The fries were good, but that's it. Employees like to gossip among themselves about their life problems infront of customers, and they don't have any trays or bags to carry the food. 🤣 very unprofessional. Will not be coming here again.

Absolutely awful. Saturday at 12 pm, super rude man behind the counter arguing with the staff, and they don’t have any sandwiches. They seemingly have all the ingredients but aren’t making any today.

The we ain’t got and fn sandwiches from the guy behind the counter was super nice. Especially with my daughter next to me.

I used to work in a pet store and I wouldn’t have fed the animals the vegetables that were on my sandwich. A cheesesteak should be juicy, maybe greasy, but this bread was soggy like they dropped it in the sink and tried to warming it up. The guy at the register said so little that I wasn’t even sure if he was taking my order until he asked what I wanted to drink.

I was at work and I ordered a Philly cheesesteak from doordash with fries and a drink and I ordered it with no mayo. No lettuce, no tomato. The only other options were no cheese, no peppers, no onions. Nowhere did it say anything about pickles being on the sandwich or an option to take them off the sandwich. However, when I got my sandwich it had pickles all over it which ruined my sandwich. Of course they didn't answer their phone and I ordered through doordash so I paid $20 for a sub that I took about four bites out of and then I was disgusted because it had pickles all inside of it. And this was my only means to voice what happened because they don't answer their phone.

I’ve come to Charlie’s cheesesteaks and Fox River lotta times, but this time I was not satisfied or happy with the service I got. First of all all your employees had their phones in front of them and on, and they were looking at them too. they were screwing up everybody’s orders they were out of order Three my wife and my daughter waited for my me only said how can we help you and they said we’re waiting for a sandwich to go what sandwich so finally they had to show the workers the receipt thank God my wife kept the receipt. I ended up taking the meat out of the bread because the bread was just soggy as presentation sucked And I am not happy at all.

The professionalism here is insanely bad. It took them longer than usual to make my food because several of the employees were sitting in the back room. Only one girl helped me out. Another girl came out to make my food but she just stood there then went to the backroom. The way they treat each other here is also really sad. There a handful of people who do not have the best English (which is completely fine), and whenever I've seen them being coached on something the manager talks to them in a tone as if they're stupid. You can see the massive amount of favoritism as certain employees will work and others will not. These employees that do not work will sit in the backroom on their phones and goofing off. It is extremely unprofessional.

Visiting Charlie's for cheese steak sub. Got medium cheese steak and fries. The sandwich was good because I got double meat. Portion size ok but very expensive. The fries were not cooked enough,portion small not enough. Staff not into job. Poor customer service.
