Waited 20 min just for a server before walking out. This was not the first bad experience at this restaurant.

We were here at 3:30 pm, so it was very quiet. I saw someone complain about the cleanliness but it seemed clean to me even the bathroom.

It took quite a while to get our drinks and the waiter kept apologizing. I believe they were training staff at the bar.

As far as seating - plenty for big crowds.

Food - Pre-meal croissant with honey butter.
I ordered ribs with honey bbq, buttered corn and southern green beans. Everything was hot, cooked as it should have been and delicious. Even the corn had a nice crisp. The ribs fell off the bone. My rasp margarita was meh, I've had better.

Husband had grilled sirloin, loaded potato and green beans. He said it was very tender and actually very good. The raspberry iced tea was also great.

Decent food at decent prices. Server was good, attentive to our needs. Food wasn’t too greasy like many places can be.

Had a strawberry margarita of some sort. It had some strawberrys and pineapple in it. It was good. Then a salad and onion rings that were also tasty. Then the main course... The ribs did fall off the bone. The sides were ok, red bean and rice and corn. My steak however was more like a patty from Krystals than a steak. I'd eat there again. But i will not order a steak.

They were out of beef and cheeze whoch was half the menu. didnt tell us untill after we spent 10 minutes looking through menus

The wife and I decided to stop here with my son. We were looking for something new and this place popped up. It had high stars so we thought we'd be okay. The wife had the buffalo chicken wraps and her food was good as she said. My son had the burger and it was good. I ordered the ribeye and while the cut of meat was good, it was by far the pepperiest steak I have ever eaten in my life. I almost couldn't eat it. I got the red beans and rice which were cold and the mashed potatoes which were cold. So two out of three meals isn't bad, I just wish my meal was better prepared. On a side note, all three of us almost slipped on the floor because it was so slick with something and I have brand new shoes lol

The food and atmosphere was wonderful the drinks were great as well. The food took kinda long to be served but besides that we had a great time. I'm definitely coming back again!

Service was a bit slow but it happens not a big deal in my book. However, the shrimp in the shrimp Alfredo all still had shells on them. I didn’t notice while I was there bc I completely filled up on the cheese bacon fries appetizer(which was pretty good). Just very odd that they left shell on the back end of all of the shrimp in a pasta dish. I don’t want to have to go in with my fingers and pull them off or have to carefully eat around it when eating pasta. Not sure if it was an accident or on purpose, I’ve never had any other place keep the shell on the back half before for pasta. Very odd

Very slow due to all the snow. Their raspberry iced tea was freshly brewed and their chips & queso dip was delicious!

We stopped in for a lunch and a beverage. It was my first time at a Cheddar's, but not my girlfriend Karrie. The experience was very disappointing to say the least.
1. Waited for our drinks that were poured while our bartender talked to a co-worker.
2. Our croissant was terrible. Dry, not warm at all.
3. Our spinach dip was dry with hardly any cheese.
4. Our chicken tenders had way too much breading on them.
5. Our nacho chips were actually ok. I'm assuming they came out of a bag.
Overall, I will not be going back or recommend to anyone. If I was the owner/manager of this establishment, I would be making some changes.

Asked for medium bacon cheeseburger with may, relieved a medium well without mayo. Sent it back. The second one came out correct with mayo.

Ordered combo chicken tenders with shrimp and it comes with 2 sides.
Typical fired food. Quick service probably it was too late in the evening and no complaints.
I asked waiter what is famous item in the menu and his response was all same which is little weird because typically waiter will recommend items from the menu
